設施：酒店設施齊全，停車場、餐廳、都有。
衞生：從外到內都比較乾淨明亮。
環境：在江邊上，地勢較高，安靜且視野好。
服務：前台女士很專業、禮貌，能感受到其經過專業培訓。大堂門口的男工作人員也很專業，有問必答。從這兩位工作人員身上能感受到這家酒店的管理團隊是出色的。

第一次遇到攜程到店付價格基礎上，還要要求額外加收40元費用的酒店。明明預訂有歡迎水果，到房間根本沒有，一問就説是“忙，可能忘了”，分別找服務員、客房服務、送餐服務三個渠道催了三次才送過來。
安排的2樓靠停車場房間，房間潮不説，枕頭上面還有飛蛾，汽車喇叭聲、關門聲、等車人的吵鬧聲不絕於耳，衞生間也小得轉不過身，設施都很老舊了，20多年高齡的吹風機聲音大得像殲擊機。
服務方面就更不用説了，續個房開個發票搞半天弄不好，一看工牌全是實習生，一兩個老員工弄個什麼事情也是一副不耐煩的樣子。
早餐也就是如家快捷多了個現煮麪條的水平，總之，在瀘州最多值100多一晚，完全值不上300元這個價。

難得來瀘州，很久沒住過老星級酒店了，這次出差想體驗一下，看看四星酒店是否還能匹配目前酒店業的狀態。讓人很失望，首先，聽説過可以不在配牙具類，現在有連洗髮水，沐浴露都不用配的嗎？還好自己帶了。第二，找一次性拖鞋，打前台，客房等等電話都打不了，電話就是擺設。第三，設施設備真的太老了，吹風機立不起頭，枕頭套起毛，還臟。總體來説，300➕真不值。

酒店應該不太愛做遊客生意。（1）打掃衞生沒有任何禮貌，碰面不僅不打招呼，還會一衹盯着你看。
（2）裝修還算新，但是設備太久了，老式沙發和桌椅，看着脱色嚴重，這些更換應該很簡單，也不捨得換麼。
（3）3點到店，入住等了快1個小時。
（4）電梯無需刷卡，樓層隨便做，安全性堪憂。
（5）早晨和晚上江景會聽到持續很久很吵的貨輪聲（圖片），感覺整個樓都在震，再加上老舊門窗毫無隔音，簡直是噩夢。
（6）早餐跟婚慶在一起，為了節省時間，衹開到9點半。
優點是江景不錯，早晨還算豐富。

雖然是一個比較老的賓館，但是裏面是翻新過的，住宿條件感覺不出來是舊的，都很新，還有就是這家的早餐牛肉麪確實很出圈，好吃不説，還可以，牛肉麪自由，酒店還送了水果和甜品，服務特別好，是一次愉快的旅程。

酒店位於市政府旁邊，臨近長江邊，在酒店看長江風景特別漂亮，酒店的園林綠化特別棒，吃飯後可以去院子裏走走看看，餐廳的中餐炒菜味道也不錯，早餐的牛肉粉味道不錯👍

體驗感非常差！！先説異味：走廊有裝修味，房間裏也有同樣的味道，還換了旁邊一間房味道小點，問，答的是幾年前裝修的！那麼難道是黴味？？最最不滿意的地方是：晚上太吵了，本來大環境安靜，但是江景房這邊，樓下是內部道路有車通過，窗户下就是客人停車位，酒店總共才五六層高，你想有多吵，我住房間凌晨一兩點還有能聽到窗户下車位上，關車門聲，鎖車聲，和客人聊天的聲音！早上天沒亮就聽見樓下有人大聲聊天，不知道是不是員工。然後5點過就有酒店保安拿大掃帚掃樹葉，聲音之大令人生氣。最後，酒店的反應就叫完全沒有服務意識。我一晚上衹睡了三四個小時，通過攜程投訴了酒店。酒店居然全程沒有跟我説一句抱歉之類的！我衹能説完全沒有服務！！完全沒有起碼的尊重！！強烈不推介該酒店！
