The location was right on a main road near a lot of restaurants. The front desk receptionist was very nice and even called me to check to see if I was planning on extending my stay. The service was a big plus, and the room was spacious, even if the lighting is a bit dark. But honestly that is just my experience with all Atour hotel rooms. Overall a pleasant experience and a good value!

The front desk service is good, the hotel is in a great location, the elevator is fast, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes good, the bed in the room is very comfortable, and the hygiene is clean.

This Atour Hotel is located in the Bubugao Plaza. I thought it would be noisy at night because it is too close to the mall, but it turned out to be quite quiet. The beautiful girl at the front desk was kind and considerate. She carefully selected a quiet room for us and told us what delicious food was around, making us feel at home.

Very satisfied! The lady at the front desk kept giving small gifts, such as the bottle of warm mineral water, which was thoughtful.
The mattress was very comfortable and the hygiene was very good.
Except that the room was a little crowded.
