Stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. Booked a japanese styled room with courtyard. Front desk staff service, chambermaid service and restaurant staff which i had breakfast every morning was perfect. Will definitely return to stay there again.

Very disappointed with the hotel. First, when we checked in, we asked the waiter in the lobby for help with our luggage. The waiter said he was busy and did not help us, and did not contact other waiters for help. Secondly, when we entered the room, we saw large patches of yellow dirt on the tiles on the bathroom wall, which really made us doubt whether the room was cleaned seriously. Finally, because we were concerned about the hygiene of the hotel, we took a shower in disposable slippers, and then asked the waiter to bring us two pairs of disposable slippers. As a result, we were given two pairs of used slippers with stains on the soles. Although we informed the front desk later and they replaced them for us, this behavior was simply too unacceptable.
