Holiday Inn Luzhou Longjian (Luzhou High Speed Railway Station)

This stay was beyond my expectation! The room was surprisingly clean. The breakfast was also very good! At 6:30, I saw the chef cooking noodles with soybean paste. There were many varieties, and even the fresh milk was packaged at room temperature or iced. I instantly liked it and would recommend it to more colleagues.

Stayed for another day. Yohann and Kandi at the front desk were very professional and handled issues promptly. Why did I choose this place for my extended stay? The soft pillows were very suitable. Breakfast could have a few more bread varieties, which would have been better.

I went back for the Chinese New Year and stayed for a week. I stayed at Atour before, but then I thought I would try the newly opened Holiday Inn. I stayed for three days in a row. The cleaning was perfunctory. When I returned to the room, there were orange peels on the floor, and some small crumbs were not vacuumed up. The clothes hanger was covered with dust. The management was also quite chaotic. They said that takeout was not allowed upstairs, but I met the takeout guy in the elevator. The food was dropped in the lobby and no one helped to contact the following. There was nothing to eat nearby. My husband and I had a meal in a restaurant. We thought it tasted good at first, but we had diarrhea the next day. We only had one meal a day except breakfast. I rarely write bad reviews, but this time I was really disappointed. Anyway, I will not stay here again next time I go back.
