極差評不是給旅店，而是給平台！從機場打的過來，到旅店竟查不到訂單號，平台單方面取消訂單也不退回訂費，平台你是想白*嗎？按消法你是應該退還訂費再雙倍賠償的（我從機場打的過來還花了78元），你卻一分都沒退我，******！
