The service was truly exceptional, and our overall experience was fantastic, living up to the reputation of a long-standing hotel. We traveled with our baby, and the hotel proactively followed up on our needs, preparing everything in advance, including complimentary fruit, desserts, and baby toiletries.
The location next to Four Seasons Place is incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious Wang's Ramen downstairs at the hotel. This hotel truly made me fall in love with Macau!
Our butler, Ken, was incredibly thoughtful and professional. He even arranged for an early check-in before our arrival. Yet another reason to love Macau!
