"This is a five-star hotel, but it doesn't offer five-star service. The check-in counter is surprisingly far from the elevators to the rooms, which is a strange design. I had to carry my own luggage. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly difficult to use, and the display screen was too small. The master light switch kept flickering, and the automatic curtains and lights turned on and off three times by themselves. I ended up just removing the room key to cut off power. I tried to take a nap in the afternoon, but was woken up twice by cleaning staff. While the nearby dining and shopping are convenient, I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing vacation; it simply doesn't feel like one. The staff only spoke Mandarin and English, with no Cantonese available, even after I specifically requested a Cantonese-speaking attendant. I left feeling very, very tired.😅"

"The room is quite spacious, approximately 60-70 square meters. Soundproofing is good, and with fewer people coming and going, it's relatively quiet. There's a diverse selection of dining options, and it's also within walking distance to Grand Lisboa Palace for shopping. The service attitude is top-notch, especially Christina Guo Fang and the lovely lady who handled our check-in. I've stayed here several times, and they even gifted macarons and canelés, both of which were delicious! The housekeeping is meticulous, ensuring plenty of water is provided daily. The only potential drawback is its distance from other hotels, apart from Wynn Palace, making taxis the most convenient option for getting around. However, this contributes to its peacefulness and fewer crowds. It's definitely worth a try, and I'll be back again!"
