I would say this is by far the most memorable stay I had in Macao!! From the airport our car drop us off directly in front of lobby (apparently not all hotels do). Entering the hotel we were greeted warmly by attentive hotel staffs. Front desk Kurt is a wonderful guy, very helpful and sincere. We needed connecting rooms for a family who also need wheelchair, and he had the guide of his manager Kimon and got us all settled in very comfortably in our rooms. The stunning hotel interior design and serene atmosphere create a balanced retreat from the busy ****** crowd! The hotel are spacious, with luxurious amenities, complimentary minibar (with few exceptions), perfect lighting, thick carpet, and oh sooo soft its Simmons bed, the square bathtub, (housekeeping guy Delphin-Ivan meticulously cleaned the rooms!) and the view overlooking Cotai ***** Venetian hotel, every detail made my stay an amazing experience! I would love to come back again (other than its so tempting to try many other new hotels in the city) and definitely recommend this Nuwa hotel! Plus I had tried the gym, full range Precor equipment, spacious and clean, good looking trainer there is also helpful. Only downside is operating hours 08:00-20:00 and the outdoor pool looks average so i did not try. Also its its dining exquisite options of which i tried the 3 star Michelin Jade Dragon and BEST spa (will write more on a separate review!)

Really enjoyed this stay. The hotel room is very beautiful, spacious, quiet, and with a great city ***** view. Everyone from front desk to room service team is very attentive and courteous. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Macau next time.

This is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff!
Also the location is super convenient.

Check in was awful. Room was supposed to be available at 1500 and they were still cleaning it at 1545. When I stayed at st Regis they did ironing with no extra cost but had to pay here. Overall the room was lovely but service had a lot to be desired.

Excellent service!
Very spacious room with great view
Bought buffet breakfast last minute and will highly recommend.
Complimentary mini bar, include not just softdrinks, but also beers and snacks!

Our family enjoyed the hotel alot, excellent service from front desk, we got upgraded again specially thanks to Ms. Nina and the Door man Mr. Yeung. We will definitely come back later.

Really really spacious hotel room and service was tip top. Really appreciate the hospitality and service that we had throughout our stay. Hotel room is always filled with replenished fruits and small gifts like eye mask or room mist, which makes us more appreciative of the little things. Thank you for the kind service.
