Broadway Macau

1.we follow the instructions arrived the hotel 3pm for check in .then we ask the counter how to book the kids edutainment the class,he just inform us book online.but never give us any website to make it and when we go in our room also nv get kids welcome pack.until at night I feedback to the counter then give us.And the bed got insect bit,my child the neck and my feet full of red mark and inchy. 2.we went to kids edutainment (galaxy hotel)on 18/6.don't know what star got event or not in this building.all the people block of the lift,kids and parents can't go in or out of the lift .no security around to manage it . 3. When we went to the customer service counter at galaxy hotel, they do not accept feedback and we can only make feedback though the website we made our booking. That is not enough channel provided for feedback. Our family got a bad experience here!

Your operation hours of swimming pool is too late. Some of the hotel in macau opens at 8am but yours is 10am.

Good information service at the hotel lobby.Friendly staff.Have a small snack when arriving at the hotel lobby.Quiet place and we enjoy the Grand resort deck.And good thing have some complimentary drinks in the mini bar.I love it!❤️❤️❤️

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, We stayed for 1 night with 2 connecting room, Great staffs, most comfortable beds ever., Amazing location, Grand resort deck was amazing thank you for HSKP Team Adam Fong and Madison who gave stuff toys as a gift for my nephew and niece. Would highly recommend this hotel for those families who wants to enjoy with their kids.

We arrived in Macau after travelling to Zhuhai by train, it's an easy and mostly undercover walk to Macau immigration. After clearing immigration, we caught a courtesy coach to the Boardway hotel which takes approx 30mins (including a bus change at Galaxy). Check-in at Broadway was very easy, the reception staff were friendly (especially Thomas!). Our room had a great view of the river, the room was clean, good size and the room had everything we needed. There is a foodcourt within walking distance of the hotel. Other hotels were also within walking distance.

Good value, and clean hotel. Shower pressure was excellent, with all needed amenities provided. Hair dryer was decent, and room was clean.Room was on the sixth floor, and wasn't much of a view, but this was fine. Breakfast included in the hotel rate, which was decent at best, but given it was included, not much complaints. Location wise, not bad. Free shuttle bus to galaxy, and walkable to galaxy too. However, fair away from everything else and not the best for strolling around different casinos. Walkable to old town. Hotel rate came with grand resort deck too, which was a nice touch. Overall decent stay. Other hotels are better and more convenient, but Broadway is value for money.
