This hotel is unforgettable for me!
From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully.
You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.

This hotel too old to pretend to be luxury. Much better to stay at new hotels in Cotai: Londoner Grand or Lisboetta. Even old Conrad Macao much better!!!
Very regret to choose St. Regis hotel Macau for may stay. Nothing good. Will not come back to St. Regis anymore. Cannot recommend.

Hard to find a high end hotel has a cracked bathroom basin, service wise it was also a bit of a disappointment as when we arrived there was no concierge to help with the bags from taxi…..the elevator label was also a bit confusing since it kept on mentioning Londoner which is the hotel next to St.Regis…….unlike other hotels in taipa area, st. Regis has no shuttle bus service from the taipa ferry terminal………

Early arrival and pre check in first around noon time, thank you for Ms Ceci for super friendly service for checking in. Butler service is great to invite me to join to the cocktail as we went to enjoy the dance show. Thank you very much. Breakfast staffs also nice and friendly. We are so enjoy this morning. I cannot remember all your guys names but I will be visit again later.

設施：設施基本齊全 房間面積較大 符合預期
衞生：衞生不錯 雖然已經開業過十年但是保持得較好
環境：環境不咋地 雙數房號的房間對面就是新濠天地的夜店 晚上的低頻噪音能夠很輕鬆地讓你睡不着覺
服務：瑞吉已經不是5年前的瑞吉，服務已經完全跟不上了，跟官方宣傳的是兩回事。倒是第二天投訴了晚上噪聲問題後，客服的主管Abe能夠以較好的處理態度妥善接受了客户的意見。

Amazing experience, booked the Rolls Royce pick up from the border crossing and since they picked me up until I checked in at the hotel the experience and treatment was 5 stars. For sure I will go back.
