I had a wonderful experience staying at the Parisian Hotel. Upon check-in, Samuel and Jay offered exceptional personalized service that catered to all my needs. Samuel, in particular, was incredibly kind and made a lasting impression on me. My time in Macau was truly memorable, and I absolutely love this hotel. Highly recommend it!

Hotel bed is not comfortable, and the pillow is very flat. The shower is powerful but super noisy. Good ******** hall.

Great hotel for gaming, shopping and relaxing. Interconnection with Venetian and Londoner gave good access to all the shops and dining.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with good service from the staff. The location is also convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We stayed for my husband’s birthday and they provided us a complimentary cake. The hotel has a direct shuttle from/to HKMB port which is very convenient. Early check in was provided to us by James and a semi upgrade to Eiffel Tower view. The facilities are maintained and clean.

Huge hotel with a lot of activities to do inside and a very good services.
The shuttle bus service was convenient to visit Macau and can be used for free.

Hotel room was good with effiel tower view. Bed and pillow were good, 1 firm and 1 soft pillow for each pax. Full of eateries and shopping in the hotel itself. Parisan hotel is the most beautiful in terms of look and design. Very Instagramable.

We had a wonderful stay! We will surely come back to Parisian hotel! During our check-in process Ana I think thats her name sorry if i got it wrong. She did a good job on explaining where we should go and what room we are staying at as we have requested for the highest floor and we came for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We really appreciate the cake provided and the view from our room. Thumbs up!
