simple trip , lift downstairs have ****** for us to play. location is good. would say is pretty standard. what you pay is what you get. i feel is okay

Hotel Brunch buffet concept is good and the foods are delicious. The location is excellent and convenient. Easy access to The Venetian and The Londoner using the link bridge.

If you wanna see the Paris tower you may like to stay in the hotel opposite. You can only see half of the tower in this hotel. Staffs are helpful and polite.

Pros: Free upgrade to family room with a kids bunker bed, good gym and shower. Free visit to Eiffel Tower. Cons: carpet and general interior of the room needs updating. Pool was closed until further notice. Most restaurants not open until 10:00, so limited choice for breakfast in hotel.

Had booked a non smoking room for 2 nights and was given a non-smoking room on a smoking floor. Requested for a change of room and the staff was extremely understanding and offered a new non smoking room on a non smoking floor with a good view and very high floor.
The staff also offered to shift my luggage on my behalf.

Was upgraded and was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of the hotel, looks like it was recently refurbished as it looked new. Much better than the former Sheraton across the street. Good gym as well.
