The room is clean and tidy. However, the reception staff made a mistake in room access card that caused inconvenience when reentry the room.

The concierge from check-in to checkout was helpful. However, the front desk staff, particularly the Chinese employees, were not accommodating. They took our IDs without a smile and returned them in an unfriendly manner, which is disappointing for a five-star hotel and compared to others in the area.
Security at the ****** also dismissive when we entered.
The location isn’t bad, but it’s only convenient if you’re willing to take a cab or car service. The bus is an option, but you still need to walk quite a bit from the stop to the hotel.
The amenities are nice loccitane. Cleanliness was acceptable. Filipino room service staff were very kind and provided excellent service.

Excellent hotel.
It’s very close to Sand and Ferry pier.
Fisherman’s wharf is right next to the hotel.
Very convenient.
Room is comfortable and clean with balcony.
The endless ocean makes you feel comfortable and free. I would like to come again.

Pros:
Very beautiful spacious room (free upgrade too!)
Very good service
There’s a bus just 2 minutes away that can take you to the airport
Cons:
Hot water can be a little tricky
Can be a little confusing on how to get there by public transport if you want to use the free shuttles
Limited breakfast
Overall very good stay!

Hotel room is large and luxurious feel.

Front desk team provided great service while they noted guest’s preference and profile in details, they are attentive to guest’s needs.
Location is good, it’s convenient for ferry goers and lots of hotel shuttle buses stationed nearby, easy to visit scenic spots.
