The hotel is clean and modern, with a fantastic location near Senado Square. The 1920s retro aesthetic is really well done and made my stay in Macau all the more memorable.
1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there!
2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out.
3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower.
4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out.
5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.
The Yoho Treasure Island Hotel in Macau has received mixed reviews from guests. Many appreciate its central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Guests often highlight the spacious and clean rooms, modern furnishings, and amenities like the infinity pool and lake views. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful , contributing to a pleasant stay.
However, some reviews mention limited room service options after 9 PM and occasional issues with availability of certain amenities. Overall, it seems to be a good choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Macau.
This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets
1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours.
2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged).
3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website.
4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question.
5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information.
6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable.
7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world.
8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie).
9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc.
10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast.
11. Checkout process was very easy.
12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities.
check few photos (room details for more information.
It was so nice. Very clean and always help if need something. And big, beautiful room. We couldn’t have time in a SPA, because this time was closed. But it was not big problem. And they have complimentary for birthday. They made a free dinner and cake
Location is perfect. Service was beyond expectation. Amenities provided was very good. Room is clean and well maintained though little dated. Overall still a pleasent stay. Shuttle service provided too.

Hotel location is good, walking distant to sands hotel which the frequency of bus to London, Paris, Venice is higher. Rooms are clean, love the seating area in our room too! Comfy! And also there is some eateries near by with nice food.

MmxggxemeowwwBooked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.
GGuest UserValue for money. Well-located hotel with great service. We enjoyed the scenic walk to Senado square and Ruins of St. Paul and back to hotel. Got a family room with a view of iconic Lisboa hotel in a non-smoking floor. Will recommend hotel to friends.
GGuest UserEasily accessible by bus. Nice clean comfortable room with a classic decor. Outside the hotel see part of Guia circuit Maternity bend. Nice uphill walk to the lighthouse and fortress. Staff are helpful and I appreciated the welcome gift from hotel. Well recommended to stay.
AAnonymous UserConvenient location in city centre and Casino Grand Lisboa. Easy to take the free shuttle to the ferry terminal back to Hong Kong. Spacious sitting area and nice night views.
AAnonymous UserEverything was great, except the smoking smell at the corridor of the floor, although it says smoking prohibited but people don’t care, bcoz it’s China so they don’t even care about it. When we arrived for check in the hotel staff told us that they don’t have our booking, I was like ******** , then he told us to contact trip.com CS which is annoying?????????
What kind of service is this????? So I will give them a one star!
EEthan Cheng 1010I stayed here for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed! The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable workspace. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for my meetings. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and international dishes, and the staff were attentive and professional. Location-wise, it was convenient for both work. Highly recommend!
Mmissays1979i love the location of this hotel. just a few steps and you are already at the san malo and ruins of st. paul. the road going to the hotel is a bit steep but its ok coz the price of rooms here are affordable. next time we go back to macau, definitely will stay here again. ❤️
AArina EgorovaVery convenient location of the hotel, courteous hotel staff. A clean room, all things look new, but unfortunately very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the hallway and in other rooms. Sometimes the neighboring rooms were noisy very late at night and because of this it was uncomfortable. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and for this price and these conditions, I was satisfied with everything.
MMuskanparkarAmazing space for a couple.
They have deposit rules which they pay back on the past day of your stay.
The room offers water, drinks and delicious cookies for free.
All amenities are free and best part is they have proper rules that you have to show your key downstairs again on the next day so restart as of how many days you have booked for security reasons.
MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!
