Macau Cotai Hotels

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

During my recent visit to Macau, I had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Macao Hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded my every expectation. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable customer service that made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel's elegant design and spacious, well-appointed rooms provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I especially appreciated the breathtaking views from my room overlooking the vibrant cityscape and serene harbor areas. The facilities at Conrad Macao are truly top-notch. The various dining options offered a diverse culinary experience, highlighting both local flavors and international cuisines, while the hotel's pool and spa provided a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was carefully thought out to ensure a memorable stay. Overall, my time at Conrad Macao Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau—whether for business or leisure—if you are looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service and a truly memorable experience. Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Very good, it is the original Sheraton, with an excellent location and great service. I especially want to praise the front desk lady Miki, who provided thoughtful and considerate service. She also sent us to the spa to tour the environment, recommended suitable options, and upgraded our girlfriends' trip! ! All in all we were very happy! Thanks Miki Chou! ! From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Worth writing a comment and special thanks to Justin, Rebekah and 芷玲! It is our first time staying at Andaz. The guest experience team did the perfect job on customer's satisfaction. The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. The location is good. It is very memorable. Continue the good work!

We stayed at The Venetian Macao for two nights as a family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed by the stunning Venetian-inspired design, complete with canals and gondolas. It felt like we were in a completely different world, making it a memorable trip for the whole family. Our room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was also large and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the rooms both luxurious and family-friendly. One of the best parts was the variety of dining options available. We had delicious meals at several on-site restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences, which is great when traveling with kids. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities and attractions within the hotel, so we never ran out of things to do. The kids particularly enjoyed the indoor canals, and the entire family enjoyed exploring the shops and entertainment options. The location is also ideal. We were able to easily access nearby attractions, and the resort provided enough entertainment and relaxation options that we didn’t feel the need to go too far. Overall, our stay at The Venetian Macao was fantastic. It was a perfect family getaway with luxury, comfort, and a variety of activities for all ages. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family – it was a trip we’ll never forget!

I recently stayed at the Parisian Hotel and found the room to be very comfortable. The view outside was bright and uplifting, adding to the overall experience. The room size was just right, offering ample space to relax. However, one downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an impressive variety, available until 1 PM. It featured sushi and lobster claws, making it a truly lavish spread. Overall, I would rate the breakfast a perfect 10 for its richness. Additionally, the swimming pool was open and very pleasant to use. Guests can also enjoy free access to Aquaworld, which was a fantastic bonus. Despite the mattress issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
