The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.

Excellent
GGuest UserVery satisfied. All facilities are very advanced and new. The service attitude is very good, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. I will go to the minibar for free next time. Fresh fruits and snacks are delivered every day. It is much better than the Four Seasons I stayed in before.
LLex98Hotel S Macau exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very clean, and the comfort of the rooms truly stood out. Its central location is unbeatable—just a short walk to many cultural landmarks, restaurants, and public transport options, making exploring Macau a breeze. Inside, the hotel boasts unique and cool artwork that adds an artistic flair to the modern, stylish interiors. From the vibrant graffiti facades to the carefully curated art pieces in the public spaces, every detail contributes to a one-of-a-kind, visually stimulating experience. I highly recommend Hotel S Macau for anyone looking for a comfortable, art-inspired stay in the heart of Macau.

KKS09AThis was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets
1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours.
2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged).
3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website.
4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question.
5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information.
6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable.
7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world.
8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie).
9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc.
10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast.
11. Checkout process was very easy.
12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities.
check few photos (room details for more information.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
AAdventurous Horse RiderThe room was as described. However, the check in wasn’t very smooth. We booked the room two days before going, and the hotel said they haven’t received the order from trip‘s partner party, so we waited for half an hour or more until the hotel confirmed with Trip.com. Fortunately the assistant in Trip was polite and helpful and agreed to make some reimbursement with trip coins.
MMr. AmazingThe Yoho Treasure Island Hotel in Macau has received mixed reviews from guests. Many appreciate its central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Guests often highlight the spacious and clean rooms, modern furnishings, and amenities like the infinity pool and lake views. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful , contributing to a pleasant stay.
However, some reviews mention limited room service options after 9 PM and occasional issues with availability of certain amenities. Overall, it seems to be a good choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Macau.
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
DDr.SrinivasI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Macau with my family, occupying two rooms for three adults and one child, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and entertainment. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing ample comfort for all of us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a diverse selection to satisfy both adults and kids. The pool area was a highlight for my child, offering a fun and safe space to play. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Macau was enjoyable and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for families. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base while exploring Macau.
