Indigo properties in Madrid

Room was as exprected, price is steeper than comparable places in Madrid, but overall not a bad hotel. Staff were all lovely at every turn, especially in the bar. Bathrooms In rooms were especially nice, with very large showers, however some of the bedroom space was sacrificed for this, and it was slightly small. Stocked mini bar and coffee machine was welcome. - as a note, they advertise room service online as 24 hours, but it’s only available from 7:30PM until 7AM

Pro: The room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. Cons: I also need to mention that i was travelling with medicine that needs to be in certain temperature. When i arrived, i asked them to put my ice gel in freezer. I mention this 3 times. Its supposed to be in freezer, not refrigerator. They still put my ice gel in refrigerator so the ice gel is not frozen when i need it. It seems nothing for you, but for someone who needs the medicine it is actually very important. Another incident: i go down to receptions for tooth brush, receptions said they will send it to my room. I waited and nobody came. Then i called, the receptions told me to go to receptions again to pick the tooth brush because he found noone can send to the room. Then why didn’t he just gave it when i go to receptions the first time. There is nothing wrong with your hotel but please train your receptions better.
