Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.
The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

Old style hotel. Close (1.50 km) to Meenakshi Temple and Koodal Perumal temple. 6 km to Thiruparakundram Temple. No restaurant but near by good restaurants available. Bar and Snacks available in the hotel. Car parking
facility available. Only issue is, by afternoon room smells badly. Bath room smells very bad. After cleaning the bathroom it is better for a day and is back to square one. To identify the source of bad smell and to be rectified.
Reception was prompt. Location is ideal for Meenakshi temple visit. Rooms are decent sized, not as big as a fiour star hotel, but neat and clean. With all bathroom and toiletries. Cotton slipers could also have been provided. Restaurant is good though services could be more prompt. Considering the fare I paid it was an excellent stay.
I recently stayed at [hotel name] and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern amenities. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!
Location is very perfect, it's in the centre of the city away from the railways and bus stand crowd and noise. Food is lovely. Nice and tasty breakfast with choices and with smiling staff. The room is very comfortable with all the required amenities and the services are superb. Asked for late dinner all these 5 days stay and without any hesitations received. Love this place and would recommend for stay with family or solo. Great experience. 10 out of 10

KKannanEverything was perfect, from checking in, room service, restaurant and laundry. Except a lot of mosquitoes but they provide the mosquito coil and the problem was solved.
GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.
MMrs Robertus RitaDecent hotel. Staffs are friendly. Look for manager Mr Rajaram. He is one of the best and friendly manager there. Can stay with family.
AAbeshek SanNot clean enough washroom had stains
Staffs were very friendly and welcoming
Food and services was very late
Location is not right on the center but close by
GGuest UserIt was good and quite average experience to stay at cr grandee madurai, the hotel was average and rooms are not well maintained but yes those rooms were clean and comfortable and food was fine. Staff was cooperative. Thanks for your services. I don’t have pics to share
GGuest UserCleanliness, spacious and ample car parking area. I must recommend it. It is 7 km away from the temple, and families with vehicles shouldn't have a problem. You only get warm water no hot water.
GGuest UserI have been staying with this hotel since 2014. Nice spacious room but washroom and towel, linen quality needs to be improved. It's not dirty but neither fresh also. Not sure if the rooms allocated makemytrip customer are not upto the mark
SsolenchinaThe room was big and clean. There were some international channels and most of the things i asked for were provided.
Internet worked very well
The breakfast was very indian with no offer for non indian consumers
GGuest UserI chose an hourly stay. it was for six hours.i was charged 600 rs which according to me was expensive. Why I say expensive is what is did there was just refresh for few minutes and visit to Meenakshi temple.Given that reason they could have charged upto 75 rs max for an hour rather than 100.
It's ideal for Solo traveller and ok for a family who wants to just refresh and find a safe place for their luggage.
In Meenakshi you are not allowed with bags and cell phone. Rather than a clock room where there is a queue this place is peaceful.
It's less than 1 km from the west gate of the temple. We have shops, autos and hotels around the premises.
It's a good deal for few hours of stay
GGuest UserI have not stayed because of my daughter not well. Even-though i submitted doctor prescription unable to get the refund on medical ground this is unexpected since i am only booking on make my trip past 15 years.
