"Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

"The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local.
Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer.

"Poor responce in hotel reception landline number called more then 15 times n various number but no use and we are stayed for 3 days but cleaning service didn't clean even a single time. "Nice place to stay. Very spacious and well thought arrangement for the rooms. Located in a very good locality in madurai. All locations are very much reachable. It is beneficial if we book as a package since we can enjoy a complete 3 bhk apartment with good balconies and amenities. Staffs are very good and ready to take our inputs. Few improvements:
1. Balconies can be maintained better;
2. Services like cleaning, food, etc, are good but bit delayed and communication between the guest and staff could be timely. Having said that, gm ms. Ramana manages the situation well. 3. Breakfast could be better and overall food experience needs improvement. If not for the above points said, would have rated it as excellent. Overall a very good budget stay in madurai. We strongly recommend vishwa residency."

"This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai .

MMoiyangThe front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

Room service is good and handled within a 5 minutes such as water or any other things etc.
They attend the call without fail.
Receptionist are so good and friendly and nice to take care of the clients.
My self I will rate 5/5 for all services.
Nearby Saravana stores walkable within 2 minutes, My daughter really enjoyed that.

GGuest UserOld style hotel. Close (1.50 km) to Meenakshi Temple and Koodal Perumal temple. 6 km to Thiruparakundram Temple. No restaurant but near by good restaurants available. Bar and Snacks available in the hotel. Car parking
facility available. Only issue is, by afternoon room smells badly. Bath room smells very bad. After cleaning the bathroom it is better for a day and is back to square one. To identify the source of bad smell and to be rectified.

Our stay was average, but my family and I were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness was below expectations, and communication from the front desk was poor. The door lock was broken, and the TV remote wasn’t working. There was a clear lack of customer satisfaction, and it seemed like the staff were hesitant to act without the owner’s approval—they would often say, “We need to check with the owner” for even the smallest requests.
The only positive aspect was that the front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, during our two-day stay, the bedsheets were not changed, which added to our dissatisfaction. I’m surprised MakeMyTrip gave this property such a high rating. Overall, our experience was disappointing.
