Great animation team, kindly and friendly personal, nice people in all the resort. Tasty foods and drinks. The reception team doesn't work so well. The resort, the beach and the sea are beautiful, the pools are clean. We spent an excellent holiday in this hotel, we will return definitley here in the next years.

Terrible hotel service: dirty buffet with ants in the croissants, filthy rooms with bad air conditioning, no towels, mold in the bathroom, and unclean beds. The bar staff is unwelcoming, and even basic services are lacking. A very bad experience!

The hotel is very dirty, the room I was staying in was covered in dust the bedsheets had hair on them and some yellow marks they change the bedsheets rarely I wouldn't recommend going to this hotel this is the dirtiest hotel i have ever been in other things like the pool and beach are okay but very dirty hotel whatsoever.The only thing that Is very good is the Animation team.

Super hotel. Top animation. Super evening programs. Always a good mood and positive. Next year we will return for 10 days. I had a wonderful vacation in Tunisia, filled with days at the beach, by the pool, and on several excursions. Before I went there I had a dilemma about which hotel to choose, and I can say now that I made the right choice with Caribbean World Mahdia. This resort is a wonderful place with a beautiful garden where you can relax, a nice pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, a pool bar around it, and a nice private beach (in my opinion not sufficiently maintained and arranged). The sea is very beautiful, some days peaceful, some days with waves, but beautiful in both ways. You can also enjoy the water slides by the pool. The animation team was great, they entertained the guests almost all day with different activities like morning gym, dance classes, step aerobics, water polo, beach volleyball, as well as very interesting shows in the evening. While I was there, there was a very big holiday in Tunisia - independent day, I can say that the show they performed that night was on a high professional level. Something else about the resort: The rooms are spacious and equipped with what is needed, food is for everyone's taste, all kind of drinks are available during the day and night, the staff is very kind, maybe hygiene can be at a little higher level. I recommend this resort for a nice vacation :)

Horrible hotel. You have to queue 1h for a slice of pizza, restaurant very dirty and very low quality amenities. Staff eat before you while you queue, dust everywhere, they remove towels morning so you can’t shower after 10am and afternoon they remove bed sheets and u have to go to reception to ask for it. Hotel very crowded more than 1000customers so if you wanna relax i advice you to avoid!

Very good hotel. Animation boys they are amazing making very good job!!!!!! Bob is nice friendly guy 👦 Bar is very good!! Nice drinks 🍸 😋 Swimming pool its beautiful and very close to the sea 🌊 Aquapark for kids very good!! Very good for kids
