"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient, the overall quality did not meet expectations. The rooms were not as clean as they should be, and the maintenance seemed neglected in several areas. The service was also below standard. Staff were not very attentive or helpful, and communication was often slow. Small issues took far too long to be resolved, which made the stay frustrating. Additionally, the facilities did not match what was advertised. Some amenities were either unavailable or not properly maintained. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. I would not recommend staying here and would suggest looking for better alternatives."

"Our experience was overall okay. The beginning of our stay was not the best, but the hotel did make an effort to improve things later on. We were initially given a very poor room, even though we had paid for a better category. After complaining a few times at reception, we were eventually moved to a room that was much more in line with what we had actually paid for. The organisation regarding the rooms definitely has room for improvement. The reception manager was clearly trying to keep everything under control and improve the situation, which we appreciated. The entertainment and animation team, however, work constantly and really do their best to improve the experience for all guests. Huge respect for their energy and effort! Ciccio, Marika, SuSu, Bob and the rest of the team — thank you guys! Regarding the service, I think the hotel should consider increasing the number of staff or, at the very least, improving their working conditions. For example, the staff preparing pizza and fries outside work in extremely hot conditions without proper ventilation or air conditioning. The waiters are genuinely doing their best and are generally friendly and smiling, even when they are extremely busy. There is almost constantly a queue at the bar, so I believe additional staff would make a big difference. The mini club also felt a little neglected. The programme seemed quite limited, and there did not seem to be enough focus or activities for children. The mini club itself was also extremely hot, which made it difficult for children to spend much time there. The food was average, but overall okay. In general, thank you to all the staff for their efforts. Despite the issues at the beginning, our overall experience improved, and we appreciate the people who genuinely tried to make our stay better."

"Huge thanks to the animation team. We enjoyed our stay 10 Times more thanks to them. They work crazy hours in crazy temperatures and still they are full of energy, positive vibe and smiles all around. Ive never seen better animation team. We stayed here for the tunisian republic day and the show and daily programme was so good. Great athmosphere, great programme and phenomenal night fire show. Every other day was also good. "The hotel's location is excellent, and for a child's vacation, it's simply superb. The sea is warm, the pool is great, the sandy beach is great, the reception staff is eager to please, and the entertainment staff is also eager. The water isn't deep, which is about it. The food is monotonous and average, the waiters are disinterested in their work and sometimes behave inappropriately. The pool wasn't cleaned even once in 10 days (at least, I didn't see it). The TV in the room only has two channels. The hotel needs renovation, and it feels like you're in an old retirement resort. But if you're looking for an inexpensive seaside vacation without children, you can come here."

"Location is far from the center on foot. The hotel is quite a distance from Mahdia’s old town and main attractions – not walkable if you’re expecting a quick stroll to the medina or beachfront restaurants. Cleanliness is below average. Don’t go with high expectations. While cleaning is done daily, the materials used (bed linens, towels, furniture) are old, stained, and often feel unclean. Not recommended for solo female travelers or groups of women. The entire staff engages in staring and verbal harassment – it’s constant and uncomfortable. Other guests’ behavior is ignored by management. Safety and respect are serious concerns here. Overall: outdated, unclean, and unsafe for women. Only consider if you’re on a very tight budget and traveling with a male companion. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
