The owner was very kind and it was a great place.
For dinner and breakfast, I was very satisfied to be able to eat lots of fish caught in Lake Biwa, such as sweetfish and rainbow trout. I also had some delicious local sake.
The futon was soft and I slept soundly.
The bathroom is shared, but it was clean.
Access is not a problem as it is within a 10-minute walk from the station, but there are no convenience stores nearby, so I recommend buying some food in advance.

Nous avons passé deux nuits à la Guesthouse. Maison traditionnelle avec chambre spacieuse. Sanitaires communs, propres, avec le nécessaire à disposition (savon, shampoing, sèche-cheveux...) Notre hôte était très gentil et bien qu'il ne parle pas anglais nous avons pu communiquer sans problème. Nous avons dîné les deux soirs sur place, les repas étaient délicieux, à base de poissons principalement que le gérant pêche lui-même. Notre séjour était parfait, nous recommandons cette Guesthouse dans un village calme et agréable.
