Parking is limited to 1 and my other vehicle has a fee. We booked a two bedroom suite. Rangehood defective but replaced immediately. Water in the pool is not so clear.
Rice cooker has a charge for Php200 pesos unlike in other hotels it is free of charge if you booked in a suite residential room. Towels has stains. However, good thing about it, hotel staff are polite and attentive to our needs.

The rooms are spacious. The elevator is slow but empty. Breakfast is a set menu but it is delicious. I recommend it for the price.

A decent hotel in a good location at a fair price.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The gym is decent, with a nice view, and the rooftop also offers great scenery. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen, which is a great feature.
Housekeeping was good.
The breakfast felt more like dinner, but this seems to be typical for the Philippines. Adding some fresh vegetables would be a great improvement.
There is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant nearby, and the Power Plant Mall is within walking distance, where you can find healthy food options in the supermarket as well as a salad bar. The Makati city center is also easily accessible on foot.

I took advantage of the hotel's fitness center and pool, both of which were well-maintained and not overcrowded. The spa services were a highlight of my stay, offering a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing.
