I have stayed at this hotel before but this time I was not satisfied at all. and never again.First of all, they clean the rooms after 2 nights of stay, this should be stated in trip com hotel promotions and this is a bad situation. The hotel does not provide towels to wipe the face and towels are missing. The hotel has 35 floors and 4 elevators, but unfortunately 1 elevator is broken.I got into the pool, but the pool's water motors are not working.After reporting this to the employee the engine started but only two purifiers were working. I went back a day later and the engine Guinea was not working and the water was not cleaning.Because of this problem, I wanted to change my hotel and contacted trip com, but despite such a problem affecting human health, the hotel did not accept the cancellation and trip com did not help.There was also an insect under the glass on the table in the room. I shared the pictures in the attachment.

St Giles is nearby many eateries and you can walk to Ayala Triangle Gardens (16mins brisk walk). For this price I’m paying, I think it is acceptable. Unless you are very particular about environment, cleanliness or services, it would be better that you look for hotel nearer to Greenbelt or BGC.

This is my second time checking in here at St Giles Hotel. Hotels employees are very friendly and the location is top-notch. This is one of the cheapest hotel around Ponlacion, Makati. I will definitely go back here. Highly recommend this hotel.
