Makkah Hotels with Gym

Located about 10 minutes ride from AlHaram. Offering hourly shuttle bus to and from AlHaram. Reception staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and modern. Furniture is new. The room is average sized but OK. Washroom is too small. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely put it a top choice for my future stays in Makkah.

I arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable

Stay here for Umrah. The services is good, there is free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. And the distance from hotel to Masjidil Haram is only 10-15 minutes. Amenities in hotel is excellent. There is iron and hair dryer. And also the lift in lobby is many, so we cant have to wait for other guesses

Super Impressed with everything!! Front Desk, concierge, cleaning staff and the restaurant!! They all made us feel extremely welcome and exceptional. I want to shout to the best restaurant team of the world, I have visited every continent and many many countries. This service has been exceptional.. beyond exceptional!!! Namely Chidfrul Aziz One and only Monir Islam, Nanna, Ahmed Hosein aka Mr mustache, Mr Radwan, Mr manhood, Mr Ricky, and Amir!! And Riaz.. and all the chefs and kitchen that were so accommodating us and our children.. Chef Rashad with the big smile!! Thank you everyone!! You made our trip super amazing!!!

Awesome service from start to finish. Perfectly located near gate 79 for Umrah. The breakfast and evening food was excellent with a range of options. Will be staying again inshaAllah. All the staff at the Oasis were very accommodating, especially Omar at the tables and Nabawi the main chef.

Fantastic location next to gate 79 and 74. Shopping centre in the basement. Full continental breakfast.

5 star .. service.. staff.. cleaning.. Room are very spacious every little thing was been taking care of in bathroom to wardrobe. ( Only thing I would say that fridge wasn't as cold. It was sligh cool storage box). Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay. Room service was great. Food was amazing Breakfast was great. Overall amazing stay. And the hotel also smells Very nice. As soon you come back from your busy time out. It was a pleasure to be back into hotel.

Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

Firstly let me note that this is NOT a 5 star establishment. Not by far. I would give it 2 stars as it does not even comply for a 3 star grading. The staff are not accommodating at all. No check in routine was provided. The building itself is out dated. The furniture and finishings are all in poor condition. The towels leave your health feeling compromised. As do the bathrooms, carpets and curtains. The smell in the lobby, passages and rooms are all questionable. The bathrooms are filthy with muck gathered in basically every groove and corner. Our toilet got blocked. When the maintenance guy came to unblock it he was upset that we flushed the toilet paper and said we shouldn't do that because the pipes are narrow. We should wipe and throw the toilet paper into a plastic bag!! What the ??? He then proceeded to unblock the toilet and dragged the plunger across the room, dripping the poop water across the floor and didn't bother to clean up after himself. Our kids bathroom had no hot water. On the second night their toilet also got blocked. Rust in the kettles. The mugs look like they never get washed, just a quick rinse under the tap. The base covers of the beds are broken. There's cello tape covering the smoke alarms. I mean the list goes on. The cherry on top is that the service of the staff is utterly poor. And there's no room servicing while you're out. When trying to speak to one of the cleaners about this his response was... ”Arabic”. Which we responded to saying ”No Arabic... English”. Then he retorted ”No English, only Arabic... Same thing” I have never experienced such poor service ever. Please do not waste your money booking this horrid place. The images advertised are highly deceiving. Needless to say we booked another hotel fast and left on the second day!

This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.
