So late to release my voucher travel by staf emaar elite...I must wait around 1 hour to check in my room ...I must show may voucher every time when another staff ask me n I must show them latest email by trip to confirm my voucher....

Pillows were too soft need some more attention to cleaning and bathroom, breakfast experience was awesome Badar Ali served us well made our day! We had 3 rooms the room 1203 had broken lock door and bad door bell. Breakfast items could have more items for kids and need more cooks for to make omlet

Our stay at Emaar Elite was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early, and our rooms were not ready, but we were able to drop our bags and leave freely for a while before check-in. It is a reasonable walking distance from the Haram (about 15 minutes on foot) and the hotel provides shatter buses to and from the Haram throughout the day.

Worst hotel I have been to in my whole life. We originally booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 night and left to find somewhere else. The corridors and rooms are soo smelly. As though someone vomited on it. Very toxic smell in the corridors too (they are currently changing the carpets in the corridors. The staff are very rude and not professional. The guy carrying out luggage was so careless bumping it everywhere then he tried to squeeze in a packed lift. The other customers in the lift had to say theres no space. We wasted 2 days in madina because of this. Horrible horrible place. I wouldnt even give it 1 star. The room cupboards have screws sticking out of them. The aircon in the rooms are so loud like a hoover. We raised this with management. Although they changed our room 3 times they all had the same issue. Management then blamed us and said we are causing trouble. Please please avoid

It's not reliable. I booked and they did confirm my reservation. On D-Day, the receptionist tells me that the hotel is full. He directed me to another hotel far from Ajyad and where I have to take a bus to go to the haram. I do not recommend.

فندق زباله لا تسكن فيه dont waste your moeny and time to stay there staff are horrible management is zero no one answers reqlly mistake booking there very honest advice stay away they scammer trying to steal your money from here and there and if show that u know and its wrong they will make trouble for you to wait and no rooms and all thia stories
