Worst experience in the hotel nawarat al shams 1. Rooms are very conjusted and a very small space to walk through. Washrooms are also very conjusted with shower just along with the toilet seat. No proper attention is paid to cleanliness,rooms are not cleaned regularly. Warm water is negligible in the washrooms.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was completely uncooperative, and the room was so cramped that there was no space for luggage. You couldn't even open the door fully because of the way they had arranged four beds in the room. The rooms smelled bad, with visible cockroaches, and the Wi-Fi connection was very intermittent. The garbage wasn't picked up for two days. The TV was 15 years old with no remote, and the air conditioner remote was out of batteries. The worst part was the bathroom, which was always wet due to improper drainage.

Pathetic Hotel with rude staff. The rooms are very congested even you can't put your luggage inside. The bedsheets are smelly. The rooms has a bad smell, fungus and cockroaches every where. There is no internet service. Never recommend anyone.
