I booked a triple room, there was 4 beds in a very small room , I could barely walk between beds,the location is 15 minutes far away from Al Masjid Al Haram by walk.
The view was terrible( literally a space ful of garbage
The rate was good and the receptionists were quite helpful.
It was average in general.

The room is ok, clean, the bed is comfortable, the equipment in the room is complete, kettle, tea, coffee, most importantly, not far from Masjid Haram. Can walk by yourself No need to sit in the car for about 10-15 minutes.
But the disadvantage is The receptionist is not very good. Reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights, but when arriving at the hotel, got only 2 rooms. The other room told me to come in the morning. But when it was time to go back, I still didn't have a room. So I made a refund with the app. The officers took care of the matter very well. Refund to card without having to argue with hotel staff
