Elaf Qinwan Hotel

Masha Allah, Tabarak, one of the best hotels I have been to in terms of cleanliness and staff treatment, Masha Allah, especially the dark-skinned receptionist, I can’t remember his name, but he is very classy in his treatment of customers.

Dear Elaf Qinwan, Thank you for the hospitality for our short escape at Elaf Qinwan (March 20-25, 2025). Our independent Umrah trip was truly more enjoyable by getting accommodation with quite good standards. Amenities are sufficient, can request reload every day, change towels every day. Mineral water reloads every day as long as we diligently remind housekeeping when going around in the morning. The hotel location is quite close to Harom During Ramadhan, use 2x shuttle and everything is free. Shuttle Hotel to Kuday connecting shuttle less than 10 minutes then continue again with a special shuttle to Harom 5 minutes. The check in check out process is very fast Thank You Trip for this comfort Trip!

I should start my comment by saying that we came with a tour and we were scammed. The tour was already a fiasco but the hotels are terrible if you mainly serve Turks you first have to employ a Turkish cook the rooms are disgraceful I swept the room myself there is a world of dust everywhere is filthy how can there be cockroaches on the 5th floor yes yes you heard right cockroaches on the 5th floor the reception is smiling but other than that it is terrible I am not saying it is focused on solving problems because they do not solve their understanding of room cleaning is only making the bed you cannot eat anything other than cheese and honey for breakfast the tables are filthy the cleaning hygiene is 0 with cacık for dinner I am reporting from the 20th day we usually told from outside because it is really disgraceful I will say do not come it is beyond terrible it is very far from the harem on top of 2 transfers you get tired they changed one of my pillowcase finally after 19 days if I do not catch an infection and go I will be thankful they do not know the soup except bulgur soup and lentils we have been drinking that for 20 days actually we do not drink it because it is unsalted and smells of oil anyway I will say that If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, don't come. The staff is sullen and if you are in the service sector, you have to laugh. I am also in tourism, we can't have such a business.
