we really enjoy our stay in Swissotel. We celebrate our 25 anniversary in the best hotel in Makkah with the best view in the world. So Gratefull... *************.
We come around 11 am and we can check in earlier. We stayed for 4 days 3 night. *************. Every things is Ok.. Food, Staff and the room it self, especially the view. Insya *****, We will come back again in Swissotel with the View of Kabbah😍❤️

Great location. In the clock tower and easy access to Haram.
Rooms are large and well appointed. Nice touch the coffeemaking machine in the room.
Taxi and hire cars have problems with finding the entrance but if you organise with Concierge must times smooth sailing.
Breakfast is a bit of a walk but food is good quality and much variety.
Leave plenty of time to get to the Haram as it fills up quickly.

The experience was fantastic! The staff were friendly and approachable. My only issues were that we were not told about the prayer room, for example. Or, how to access the mall or how to get a taxi. I feel that if this was communicated to us proactively, we could have made the most of our stay! We also had an issue with them not sending someone to collect our luggage, meaning we missed our train and had to find an alternative way to get to our destination on time.

It’s my third time at the Swissotel Makkah and I was not disappointed. The room had a great view of the Kaaba, the breakfast was very rich, and the location is excellent. I can only recommend it!

I booked this hotel for my parents. Where do I start ! The room, view, food and especially staff were amazing. A big thank you to Shahd from guest relations for her patience and professionalism. Thanks to her and the team we managed to pull off a surprise birthday for my father. The cake was succulent, the bouquet was beautiful… everything was on point.
