We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

The Emaar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah offers a convenient location for Umrah, situated approximately 800 meters from Masjidil Haram. The surrounding area is vibrant, with a plethora of shops, food stores, and gift shops, catering to the diverse needs of visitors. During Ramadan, the hotel's road access restricted to one hour before and after prayers. The hotel itself is well-maintained, exhibiting cleanliness, and the staff are commendably friendly and helpful.

Staying here during ramadhan was a perfect place MaasyaaAllah. Private lift from jabal omar mall and directly to our room. Female prayer room is next to the restaurant. We prayed magrib at hotel prayer room, and break the iftar in the resto next to prayer room. Because the location and its fast services.. we still able to catch Isya prayer inside masjidil haram. The hotel location is nearby haram main gate and also good access of we want to haram new extension.

The hotel it self is good and location is good aswell with all shops closeby and haram is 10-15 mins away. The issue is with the reception staff especially ladies working there are the worst people, dealing with customers they weren’t cooperative and lacked good communication skills which are needed for receptionist job. Apart from reception nightmare the hotel is good option to stay.

The hotel is within a walking distance to Masjidil Haram, around 5-10 minutes depends on how fast you walk. There’s a closer extension prayer area near masjid in case you can’t make it earlier to masjid. Amenities are limited but the staff of the hotels, particularly Mohammad Rakib, was helping a lot. He would quickly help toping things up as requested. The hotel locates perfectly in the middle of local shops and Souk Al Khalil is also close. The price is good for someone who is from Australia. I would use the hotel back and recommend it to others.

First time doing Umrah and this hotel was walking distance of about 10 minutes to the haram, and was not much costly for the 4 night stay for me and my family. I landed in the morning while my checkin was at 4 but the lady at reception was very kind to give me a room in advance. The luggage guy Alamgir was very helpful to take the luggage in the trolley and also helped with loading the luggage on my way out to Madina. The cleaning staff Salim was very polite and made sure the rooms were kept clean and also provided extra towels when needed. All in all, a very good experience for me and family and would prefer this hotel for the next trip as well.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

Awesome stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We took the executive room for 4 pax and the room is spacious. The hotel interior is stunning. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers international and middle east food. Everything is good but if anything need to be improved will be the reception staff. It be good if they can be more welcoming. The staff however at concierge is excellent. They went extra mile to assist guests. Will come bk.
