The location is great and very near to Masjid Haram, but the room is too small, there is no electricity outlet in the toilet, the furniture is too old and not fixed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.

Overall a good stay for the price. Pros: Location and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and good customer service. Room service guys were always ready to help and extremely friendly. Cons: management plz take note that you have excellent staff already in place. Please update rooms /especially bathrooms because the shower cubicles are tiny and cause water to cover the bathroom floor, and they are a little dated. A makeover will take this place easily to a 4 star hotel. Conclusion: A comfortable stay and worth the money i paid.

The location is quite good. The rooms are ok. The only complain is the bathroom. It is very small and the shower area is very congested. After you take shower water is floating everywhere in the bathroom floor as the water does not drain out quickly. After one person takes shower than the next person would find it really uncomfortable to shower next We complained about it and then room was changed only to find out that is same for other rooms as well.

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I think this is one of the best hotel near Haram and lot more value for money and easy approach compared to any hotel in Clock Tower. I have stayed in hotels in Clock Tower in past and this was my first experience staying at Conrad and now this will be my go to hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms spacious and well managed. Approach to haram very good.
