Clean & cozy, very suitable for family trip
Infinity pool, playground, basketball court, kids love it
Location quite good, not too crowded, distance to city abt 20mins drive, very convenient

Would be great if there are more sockey plugs in the kitchen. Needed to unplug fridge to use kettle.
There also no hand.towel.
And no drinking water.
But overall is clean.

I checked in at 10pm and expected to have rest very soon. However there are many cockroaches welcomed me when I opened the main door of the unit. Fine, the receptionist asked me to go downstairs and they replaced another unit. Fine, going to 2nd unit, the Aircon of the master room is not working, can you imagine warm air coming out from Aircon even you have set cold mode and 16 degrees celcius? I also found out the replacement unit looks the same like the dulexe unit instead of the premium unit I have booked. Enquiry made to the receptionist and they told me "picture is for illustration purpose". the receptionist rudely asked to take the pictures of the unit before they are able to change unit for me. Ridiculous.
The small room has window directly to the corridor and funny thing happened again. After switched off the room light, your room is as bright as daylight time. OMG.... Think twice before you booked.

This is the first time i check in to this property where i feel not really happy & feel a bit dissapointed as some of the facilities inside are defaults such as the iron board is broken, the shower in your bath room is leaking & the hot water leaked. May be i do suggest you to round & check all the eauipment before rent out the property to your customers. Sorry this time need to give u a lower rate due to out from my expectation as i know this property is a new developed property but not really care by the owner.

Clean and good service, prompt replies on whatsapp. My room came with a living room and a kitchen. Would be more worth it if I came with family. Relatively costly for solo travellers, but the extra living room space was nice to have.
The only con is that there's no drinking water provided (have to buy from vending machine or mini mart at level 6) and the location is pretty off for me as i travel alone. The only way to get out and back is to call a cab, otherwise i may have to take an hour to walk to town.
I would recommend it for families but not solo travellers.
