Great budget hotel for business or holiday trips. Excellent customer service and satisfying stay. Room was tidy, specious and comfy, unique decor with a lovely balcony.

Everything in this hotel needs to overhaul!
Tower's are super worn-out, water pressure too weak, weird smell at the lobby, never tidy up our room & the toiletry very limited 😑

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. For me that choose quadruple room type , this room are spacious, well maintained, equipped with amenities. It also comes with two comfortable queen bed which favors for families or 4 pax. The room also had a smart TV, mini chiller, and air conditioning, making stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Plus, the staff service also exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and fast respond. Overall, I highly recommend Arenaa Deluxe Hotel for anyone visiting Malacca.

Only parking area are less, need to park beside main road which a bit dangerous for kids.

No toothbrush/toothpaste were given. The iron provided by the hotel is hopeless. It will ruin your clothes and dont bother to use the steam function, there is no steam but a gush of water directly to your clothes and iron board. We learned the hard way.
