Location: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more. Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood. Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel. Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

The hotel is located at Jln Persisiran Bunga Raya, Melaka. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

Antique building, very considerate service, proactive contact, and immediate reply if there are any questions. Although the water in the bathroom is relatively small, it does not affect the bathing. When the balcony door is opened, you can see the river view. It is only a short distance from Jonker Street and Dutch Red. The house can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The price is affordable. I will recommend it to my friends.

Strategic location, its in the city center but not in the busy area. It’s located besides and infront of convent school. Its peaceful. Staff was very attentive & helpful. need to pay rm100 deposit with rm2 melaka tax? Not sure what tax is this lol. Interior is very artsy and modern. Room capacity suits the price i guess. Everything is clean, just the water bidet is leaking. Provided towels, and other amenities like toothbrush sets etc. smart tv functions well. Got coway water dispenser infront our room which is very convenient. Room are not soundproof. Check in only until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekend i guess. Quite limited parking.

Not very far from Malacca historic centre. The name of the accommodation is only available around the corner of the building / on the exterior of building. So you may miss it if you look too closely (no name at the staircase entrance). Need to pay 50MYR deposit when check-in (you get a receipt and then when you return the locker keys, you get back the deposit and sign on the receipt). There is an electric boiler in shower room but I could not find the switch to turn it on. I did not bother to find a staff as it was late at night.

The it's best hotel in melaka. Hiding secret the hotel have public area inside hotel. Rooftops have nice view from melaka city. Will come back stay again.

The room is quite spacious, the bath water flow is relatively small, breakfast is okay, and the lady is very good. Close to several attractions, more convenient. Overall, it was ok.

This is the fifth time I had stayed here, location is good, clean room, tv is working, except that they don’t provide toothbrush, other than that all else is very good, there’s a bus bay within a walking distance from Fenix Inn, about 3 minutes walk. Can walk to Jonkers street about 15 minutes from Fenix Inn too

Super convenient self check in and out, super helpful online admin before, during and after the stay, really satisfied with the service. Room for improvement is more to the Internet speed connection, ＜5Mbps is super slow for the hotel customers nowadays. Overall, really nice and recommended to everyone
