Everything is good. Clean bed linen. Limited tv channels. The most downside is the parking which is located outside the hotel.

2nd time stay in this hotel,, ✅ Walking distance(in front of hotel) Putra Specialist Hospital, Orange Mart, Coffee shop and eatries shop nearby,, ✅ Cheaper ✅ Big and Spacious room ✅ Buffet breakfast super good and delicious🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✅ Free parking 24hour ✅ All staff friendly, kind, helpful and professional. One of the best hotel to stay in Malacca, not a busy location. Everything was good but we had a problem with lift where it takes us some times up to 30minutes waiting with either full load or special service (as if we are not special as a hotel guest). Amenities should have been excellent but most of the shopping tenant had closed down, less choice to have your lunch or dinner in the same building. Hopefully more tenant will come in and make the shopping gallery great again and make it even worth to stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Heritage Hotel in Melacca City, Malaysia, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the concierge was helpful in recommending local attractions and dining options. One of the highlights was the hotel's location. Situated near the heart of Melacca City, it provided easy access to key attractions like Jonker Street, St. Paul's Hill, and various historic sites. It’s a great base for exploring this UNESCO World Heritage city. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, with a nice selection of local and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring a wide range of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Imperial Heritage Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melacca. It offers great value for money, a prime location, and excellent service—making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. My family really enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and stylish hotel in a great location for exploring Melaka. We booked a family suite on the 24th floor. Very comfortable and spacious. We had amazing views of Melaka city. Highly recommended !!

Generally a nice hotel with large room/ suites and hope it will be well maintained Pro: Modern & large room, worth of money. Con: TV not clear, No bed sheet provided for sofa bed.

The Room Capacity - is good - complied with standards Deluxe room size, worth the price. Hotel Concept - such a contemporary urban structure of exterior, while its interior is modern and elegant. There is a little bit luxurious touches for the lobby that makes it look professional and welcoming. Rooms with minimalist furniture, good comfortable bed and functional layout. There is also slightly fusion of traditional elements in some areas. Services - staff is just friendly and nice. Location - in the heart of malacca city, just a little bit hidden as it’s located distinguished from Dataran Pahlawan, but still walkable in less than 5 minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel for those need privacy with coziness and loves the concept of urban contemporary with the unique touches of traditional fusion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ease of checking in, friendly staff, room facing good. Walking distance to Jonker, Mahkota parade mall. Coffeeshop nearby the hotel exit, walk left approx 200 metre was awesome with selection of local delights, especially the fried beehoon. Hotel location was strategically position with not much road traffic noise. Nice Oyster Omelette at Jalan Bunga Raya within walking distance. Do try Ah Ma Ho Liao at Jonker for bread and egg breakfast. Not forgetting East West Rendezvous nice meat and nonya dumplings. Will be back!
