Es verursacht in mir ein schlechtes Gewissen die Lage zu bewerten.... Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum was ziemlich schwer vom Erdbeben im Jahr 2023 betroffen wurde.
Dennoch möchte mein grosses Lob und Anerkennung für das Hotelpersonal und den Hemşeri's von Melissa Vargas zu geben.
Die Stadt und die Gesellschaft lebt trotz der schwierigen Umstände... Der Staat und viele Investoren haben die Ärmel hochgekrempelt und arbeiten hart dem Wiederaufbau!
Wir werden in spätestens in 3-4 Jahren wieder kommen und erneut das "HANEM" Hotel buchen.... das sagt doch einiges, oder `?
Mit sehr gutem Gewissen und gerne EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Located in the old city center, very close to museums, covered bazaars, shops, etc. Parking is conveniently located behind the hotel, with access through the lobby. Rooms are spacious. Very good choice for a reasonable price.

this is a very comfortable hotel in downtown Malatya. the facilities (lobby, rooms, elevator, etc.) are nice. the breakfast buffet is good and was included in our room rate. there is a parking garage. if we are in Malatya again, we would stay here.

Otel personelleri çok Güler yüzlülerdi.otel hijyenikle.çok temizdi. Kahvaltısı da mükemmeldi. Özellikle hijyenik ve temiz olması bizim için artı puandı. Çok memnun kaldık. Senede inşallah görüşeceğiz dedik. Resepsiyondaki personellere özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bizleri ağladığınız için teşekkür ederiz
