"There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, the hotel did not have slippers, we asked for water but it came to the room after 1 day of asking, we asked for ironing service because supposedly this hotel is a chain hotel, they say they will send the iron to you, I was only satisfied with the room service, the food was brought to my room, the hotel has a chain name but there is no institutionalization, if I knew I would never stay there, it needs to be renovated urgently in terms of staff and management….."

"Even the standard rooms were larger than most ramadas, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only the shower section was a little small and the shower hose was leaking water, which is a chronic problem in every hotel. The breakfast was delicious as an open buffet and Mr. Miraç at the reception was very interested in us and helped us check in early and when I lost my charger, he gave us the hotel's one. "
