l recently stayed at Royal Phoenicia Hotel for 2 nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an accessible location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp.
The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch.
But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From the friendly front desk team to the helpful housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to help.
Overall, I highly recommend Royal Phoenicia Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I'll definitely be back!"

The environment is very average, the toilet is not clean, it is very noisy when sleeping at night. There is a bar upstairs that is boomboomboom all night long. It is very noisy. People who have trouble sleeping should be careful! !

This hotel maintains the characteristics of British service. Room service is also provided for breakfast. The eggs are fried to perfection, the bread is freshly baked and delicious, and there are fruits and other accompaniments.

I visit in royal phonecia hotel I go for bar in 9th floor. The name Sea view service is very bad. I ordered something I request for mint sauce but waitress denied me. Waitress very rude behavior. Not care for another guest only talking inside the bar with cashier. I will not come this hotel. Iam very disappointed. My suggestion is take care of all guest proper service.
