The AC in the Lobby is not on it was very hot while having food from the restaurant as the lobby and restaurant are in the same area and it was not functioning or not switched on

The AC in the lobby was not switched on and it was very hot in the lobby and the restaurant,,We were forced to eat in the heat ,,The General manager or the lobby manager maybe kanjoos I think for switching off the AC to save the power.The lunch A la carte food was terrible,,,however the breakfast buffet was wonderful and tasty ..Next time at least switch on the AC in the lobby and use the solar system to save the electricity and not by switching off the AC

Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times.
AC not working properly
Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Impressed with the hospitality at ginger Mangalore Abhishek at the reception was so polite and helpful and all the other services are also very good and even the rooms are very clean and tidy and the food was great I really had enjoyed in highly recommended hotel
