Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

Good and cooperating staff. Good location. Nice facility and hospitality. Good food. (buffet dinner could have been a little better by including some vegetarian non spicy item). Overall, it was a good experience. VEry near to market and central railway station. Central bus stand is just 5 mins walk. Swimming pool and sitting place is very nice and support staff were very nice promptly provided floaters etc for kids.

Very comfortable stay, awesome hospitality, excellent food, very good room cleaning service, complimentary breakfast and one meal, very convenient location closer to city center and airport, nice shop with reasonable price, spacious room for two

Rooms were comfortable and staff were courteous and attentive. Special mention to Helina in front office and Alphonsa in coffee shop and restaurant. Location of the hotel is central and convenient and airport and station are easily reached.

Staying at Taj Vivanta, Mangalore is truly a next-level experience. The staff are exceptionally well-trained and respond to customer needs very promptly. The rooms are spacious, and every amenity is thoughtfully taken care of. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sudesh, who attended to all customer requirements with a warm and lovely smile. Both the front-end and back-end teams are very professional and always greet guests with genuine warmth. Staying at Taj Vivanta, Mangalore truly feels like being at home.

The hotel look new and fresh. Looks the recent renovation was made in class. Can feel the positive vibe while entering the hotel.The Chinese restaurant is very authentic and looks traditional. Food and the service were like top fine dining experience. Keep it up
