Quite a long way from the railway station, so a taxi is a good bet. Small hotel, quiet and comfortable, very good value for money and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast only, but plenty of excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel on our two-day trip. Our check-in, breakfast, and check-out were friendly and efficient. The employees were helpful, especially the lady at the desk, who was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were very pleased.

Location is perfect! The hotel needs updating to include a safer bathing experience-there is just a deep tub without grab bars for entering and exiting the tub. It was warm when we were there and no AC. With the windows opened there was relief. However due to this hotels location, there is a lot of street/pedestrian noise originating from the cafes down around the small corner. We had to keep the windows closed. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

A good hotel, right in the city center, allowing you to forget the car and explore beautiful Mantua on foot. A special agreement grants access to the limited traffic zone (ZTL) for loading/unloading and then parking outside for €5/day in the designated blue spots. PROS Comfortable beds, clean rooms Mini-bar and welcome bonuses Kitchenette with constant access to water and coffee Mosquito nets in the room CONS Mediocre breakfast No reception after 8 PM

This hotel is in a fantastic position in the historic district of Mantova It is clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite small and with no air conditioning very hot during the night. Opening the window helped but street noise was then the problem. Breakfast was disappointing and not at all like the Trip Advisor pictures. It was meagre with limited choice. UHT milk is never a good thing!

Hôtel very central to all tourist activities. But that was the best part of the hotel. I want to be positive so I can say that the employees were very sweet and the TV was good in the room but no directions provided for “sky”. Front desk was not 24 hours. In room refrigerator smelled and did not cool. Bathroom was awful with water dripping down walls all day (no vent) drain in tub broken so bath water would not drain. Had to ask for blanket … room cold. Breakfast VERY basic. But the croissants were highlight. Paid too much for the poor quality of this Hotel. More like a poor B & B. Sorry !!

Un hotel che è un B&B la reception solo per qualche ora mattino e pomeriggio piccolo ascensore camere non insonorizzate si sente lavandino camera accanto , al mattino passano alle 6.00 per pulizia strade la colazione da una signora un po’ imbronciata e scocciata poca scelta in generale , penso per il suo prezzo ci siano altre scelte. Vantaggiosa la Posizione gentilissime le signorine nel dare informazioni Nel complesso Sufficente

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Innenstadt und ist trotzem recht ruhig, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unsere Rädern konnten wir in der Lobby stehen lassen und sogar aufladen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfrangreich und schmackhaft. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.
