I do not recommend this property for solo women travellers. Not sure what goes on in this region, but I find staff offering to drink wine in the guest room with me extremely disrespectful. Simply refused, but kept insisting for the two nights I stayed there which made my stay uncomfortable.

Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on ******* booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing.

Аутентичный отель расположенный в самом центре старого города в историческом здании. Гостеприимный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, большие и удобные номера, огромные ванные комнаты с джакузи и хамамом, вкусные завтраки, потрясающие террасы с видами на равнины Месопотамии. Рекомендую посетить отель и погрузиться в атмосферу старого Мардина. Спасибо İlham и Mesut за заботу и прекрасно проведенное время. Мое сердце навсегда с вами.
