Z-Villas Beach Hotel

Our family loves Turkey and traveling in this wonderful country very much. Staying here, we were amazed at the cordiality and hospitality that the owner and the whole team managed to create. The owner is super professional in his field. Here he managed to create an atmosphere that exceeds expectations! It's just great. Attention to detail and to each guest. Exceptional service. Great rooms - clean and cozy. A good breakfast. Instant response to guest requests.

It was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a week here,Super friendly owner always checking on visitors asking for feedback and checking on them- lovely staff being always supported by the owner to check if everything is in the place ,wonderful view and stunning design( including rooms and restaurant)-clean and private beach - 24/7 buggy car to transport visitors inside area- Totally worth the price

We spend here 4 days with the family. What a beautiful location. Very clean rooms with a high-quality standard. Your own pool by the villa, a larger pool wit bar and a private beach. We’ve recently returned from 10 days at Z Villas with another family - it was wonderful. Each family had a sea view Vila with pool which was perfect for our needs. The staff are attentive and respond to all requests quickly. The communal pool and restaurants are beautifully set and the food is very tasty. We spent a large part of the day on the private beach which is a great addition to the facilities. We’re missing the views already! Zayden and his staff are polite and very helpful, would recommend to anyone. The buggy’s are a real plus point!! We had a great time - thank you.

I recently returned from an amazing vacation in Marmaris with my family, and I would like to share the wonderful experience I enjoyed at this fine hotel with everyone. Where to begin? The airport transfer arrangement was perfect, the staff were cheerful, the location was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the housekeeping was excellent, and the Villa was an excellent size with all the facilities required for a much longer stay. Everything is very modern and chic and we were particularly impressed with the pool, bathrooms, and kitchenette. The standards of cleanliness are exceptionally high throughout the hotel. Check-in was a breeze and all staff we spoke to were polite, courteous, fluent in English, and keen to make us feel at home in the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic (close to the taxi boat) and it is only a few stops from many of the restaurants. We enjoy walking and exploring, so most of the time we do this rather than take public transport. There are lots of little shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, so stocking up our minibar was easy! The staff and management of Z-Villa should be pleased with what they offer. It is a wonderful establishment and I will be recommending it to friends and family alike. The Villa was perfect for family. I cannot wait to return to the wonderfully vibrant city of Marmaris, and in particular to the Z-villa. I would like to thank the front desk staff very much for their kindness and support, and special thanks to Mr. Zeidan (I missed our conversation every morning).

We had two fabulous weeks staying in Villa 16 at Z-Villas in June/July 2024. The panoramic views on the cliff overlooking the harbour were absolutely stunning and the elevated position afforded full sun from dawn until early evening. The villas are well situated near the harbour but also gave good access to the main town where we could enjoy all the amenities on offer. We never grew tired of lazing around the infinity pool in the warm sunshine whilst watching all the activity on the water.   The service we received was extremely warm and friendly by Özcan and his team – we were very well looked after and even indulged by them at times. Nothing was too much trouble.   Booking was straight forward and even our 2:00am arrival didn’t phase them. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We enjoyed our morning breakfasts in particular as well as cocktails and other meals at the beach bar.   We also enjoyed time at the Z-Villa’s private beach as well as the large private pool. Access to this was either by rather steep steps down the cliffside or on foot or by request-buggy through the complex. We typically spent our days either at the villa or its beach or on boat trips then walked into Turunç to eat or drink at the many restaurants and bars. We received a warm welcome where ever we ventured and will be returning as soon as we can.
