"Amazing hotel: new, clean rooms. The grounds are gorgeous. We had planned to go for a walk in Marmaris, but the hotel is so good that you don't even want to leave it. Breakfast is excellent. Private beach: plenty of sunbeds and towels. The entry into the sea is superb. 300-400 meters along the beach is the town of Turunç itself, where there's a Migros and tons of restaurants. The sea view from the hotel is spectacular."

"At first glance, it looks like a very nice hotel in the pictures, but when we went there we saw that it is not worth it for this price, the service is not good at all, the same breakfast every day, something is missing every day, we have to say. Although the hotel is new, everything you touch breaks, the staff who brings you to the room enters with shoes on while introducing the room, if you say clean, they wipe it from the top. The iron railing of the balcony in the room is shaking, it is dangerous for children, there is a risk of falling down. It is very steep, there is no elevator, they said there is a back road, the road is not a road but dirt, only a tractor can go up, I only liked the pool."

"The hotel is very dirty, it's never cleaned, the bathrooms are awful, breakfast is okay, passable. Osman Bey was helpful during breakfast, he was the most cheerful employee and the only one who really cared about us. Don't pay before seeing the room. Our room overlooked a filthy, storage-like area; the trees were practically touching the room. It overlooked a disgusting garden; we couldn't even sit there in the evenings because of the noises coming from the greenery. The only positive thing was its location; we went to Datça or Marmaris every day. We will never come here again."

"Our villa had breathtaking views of Turunc bay (a lovey small bay outside Marmaris)we fell in love with this establishment. The villa was comfortable (we chose the one without pool) the restaurant - bar area is very stylish and you can easily spend all your time there, surrounded by lovely, hundreds of years old olive trees and very friendly and professional staff attending to the beach area also. It was peaceful and we will go back. Turunc has its downs , I can imagine it being really crowded during the peak season, and it’s under threat of bad tourism, but Z-Mare makes you feel like you are in the best and most nature preserved hotel, away from the crowds but just a stones throw away from all other places and markets.. even the walk from the villa to the beach, with carefully designed and lighted gardens overlooking the mountains and pine trees on one side and the bay on the other… is a reason to go back"

"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon check-in, there was a 'complimentary' fruit platter in the room that had gone bad, so we had to throw it out immediately. At dinner, two people in our group were stung by bees right before our eyes, and the staff did absolutely nothing to help. The next morning, we received an urgent message that we needed to return home. We informed the hotel about our early departure due to unforeseen circumstances, stating we could only stay one out of our three booked nights. In response, we were practically told to leave and that under no circumstances would we get a refund for the remaining days. If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the hotel for you. I hope my review helps people avoid this terrible hotel, which claims to be luxury but is actually as bad as it gets."

"The hotel is about 22 kilometers away from the old town of Marmaris. It is a bit inconvenient to get to the old town! There is no elevator in the hotel. Although the hotel is responsible for transporting luggage, it is somewhat inconvenient! The boss is Turkish and often travels back and forth to China. It is said that he has a company in Shenzhen and is friendly to Chinese people! Overall, I would recommend it to everyone!"

"Well what can I say! If thinking about booking this hotel, stop and just book, you will not be disappointed. From the minute we arrived until we left, we couldn't of felt more welcome. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of armatulan marmaris. However the bus (dolmush) is right outside taking you into the hustle bustle just 5-10 minutes away. Mustis is clean and well accommodating, with housekeeping attending the rooms daily. And if you like a lie in they don't come too early. These guys go above and beyond for everyone of their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. They have 2 shows every night plus the guys dancing and getting everyone involved so no need to leave the hotel if you don't like exploring. The food is very good we never had a bad meal. And always made changes for my grand daughter who has sensory problems with food. Atilla, Enes, Faruk all run this place with exceptional care. When you arrive please speak with Kenzo he simply is the best guy. Enjoy your stay everyone"

"We only stayed at the hotel for one night. Our reservation was for a room with a balcony, but they gave it to someone else. Two hours before check-in, they called me and said they could only give me a room without a balcony, otherwise I would have to request a cancellation for a refund. Because we were short on time and didn't have the opportunity to look at another hotel, we accepted. Our check-in time was 2 PM, but even though we arrived at 2:30 PM, we were told our room wasn't ready. We only got into the room after 3 PM. The toilet in the room was leaking, and the noise was very disturbing at night. The bathroom towels were stained. The staff was extremely indifferent. When we arrived, there was no water in the minibar. They said the water delivery truck hadn't come that day. Breakfast was a complete disaster. Very inadequate, and the staff were grumpy. I asked for a small bowl to put jam in, but it didn't arrive even after 10 minutes. I asked again, and they still didn't bring it. Breakfast items weren't replenished. Despite arriving early, there were only a limited amount of food left. In short, we had to leave the hotel before our time was up. I absolutely do not recommend it."

"What a fantastic addition to Turunc!! We stayed in a tiny house. It may be tiny but its got everything you need and your private deck area is spacious with comfortable chairs to enjoy a drink from the bar (or your fridge) as the sun goes down. The view is fantastic from these tiny houses and even better from the bungalows higher up. The facilities and amenities offered are exceptional! As this peaceful hotel is over many levels, the staff will drive you around in a golf buggy. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with the shaded breakfast area behind it and bar/restaurant between it and the beach/sea. The private beach area is staffed, who will bring you drinks and food to your sunbed or cabana. The breakfast choice is amazing! Orange juice squeezed in house and eggs cooked to order, whichever way you want them, to go with cheese, salad, fruit, bread, pastries, etc. You can even have freshly fired potatoes. The staff can't do enough for you and always wear a smile. We will definitely be back"
