Family Apart

Very old place. Dirty pillows, coaches and beds, they never clean the bathrooms during your stay only the rooms, no washing up liquid, no toilet cleaning liquids, one toilet roll per stay, broken plugs, definitely not a self catering place. The hob Very old, it takes an hour to fry chips or just boil pasta. You end up eating out, not enough caltery, mosquitos, the bathrooms doors don't close properly, water everywhere after a shower. The staff are very nice.location is very good

This place is really awful. It’s dirty, run down, everything is broken. Myself, my mum and my sun arrived here quite late at night. We were quite horrified and immediately complained and asked what could be done. The owner Pam was quite rude and intimidating, we overheard her saying to her staff “who the f**king hell do they think they are?!” They did move us next door to the banana apartments which were a little bit better but still not great. We moved to a different hotel the very next morning. When my aunt sent a complaint through to the company we booked with, they contacted the owner and she accused us of “bringing 3 men in from the street”??!! We definitely did not do this and even if we did, it still doesn’t excuse the state of the place. I understand it’s a budget hotel but in my opinion, there were things that could’ve been fixed/cleaned at little cost.

Stay away absolutely disgusting vile woman Pam fouled mouthed and drunk She pretended she didn’t know my partner was Turkish even though he had been to the apartments and was shown around even allowing him to take a video so upon arrival on my booking in date she tried to charge me an additional £10 per night because he was Turkish

This place is distgusting .. shld not open to public .. had to gt a transfer .. we wer the only ones init .. it was like a house for homeless ppl .. absolutely distgusting.. new owners ali let itgo down hill the staff are dirty looking also .. thay own banana apparts next door that's even worse.. its run by Indian looking ppl honestly no one wld stay in it

I visited family apart for 3 weeks from June 20th until July 11th - I had a fab stay here the rooms are basic cheap and cheerful it’s cleaned daily by the lovely apartment house keepers fresh towels and bedding every time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, Pam and Ali where lovely to me nothing was an issue for them they also own the banana apartments next door you can use both pools if you like :) the chef makes lovely omelettes and a good big English breakfast if that’s what you fancy! The bar boys where welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you if something wasn’t on the menu they would call the chef and ask if the food could be made I even asked if a sandwich could be made for me for the airport as Dalaman airport prices are expensive and this was no problem at all! Big shout out to Emre who ran the bar throughout the day that guy never stops and always had a smile on his face! The little shop in the hotel is great too for your essentials and has a good selection of stuff :) Will definitely be back :)

I have been holidaying in Turkey for many years. Always staying in lower budget hotels. So, I never expect perfection and can generally put up with a lot. But this "hotel" is appalling. The air con is £7 per day. Meaning you can spend approx £100 for 2 weeks. NO WIFI. Toilet not functioning properly, nowhere to hang things in the bathroom. A dirty fridge. And then there is the view..(see pics. I'm not exaggerating). Have complained to the management. Have asked to be moved. I'll probably leave as soon as I can get another hotel.
