We have just returned from this hotel and did not have a pleasant experience. Myself and my daughter arrived after 1am. We were greeted by a sullen looking young man. There was no warm welcome or in fact any welcome. He just checked us in and gave us our room key. I had my tip money ready in my hand to give the ‘bell boy’ or whoever helped us (as is the norm in Turkey) but no offer was made so we went up with our luggage on our own. The room was clean but very small and dated. We were on the 4th floor and had a partial sea and pool view which was pleasant. The beds weren’t very comfortable (the legs on one side of my daughters bed kept going in to the bed base which tipped the bed on its side. The first time it did it it was late so she has to sleep like that and her back hurt the next morning. The pillows were hard. House keeping was good. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were always replenished and the beds were changed. The cleaning ladies were very nice. Our first morning at the hotel there was literally nothing left to eat for breakfast so we went out to get something. It was the end of the Turkish holidays and the hotel seemed to be full so we just assumed this was the reason why. The next morning it seemed a little better. The selection wasn’t great but typical for a budget hotel in Turkey. However the selection of drinks was not typical. At breakfast you have the option to have a cup of tea or coffee (providing the machine had been turned on or if it had any milk which it didn’t always) to us this was simply unacceptable. We had paid for Soft all inclusive and there wasn’t even a juice machine at breakfast (this is the first time I have ever seen this anywhere in Turkey after visiting for 20 years) Our option was ‘fill your own bottles up with water’ and a coffee if you were lucky ( I wasn’t lucky every day) At 11am ‘the pool bar’ opened. I use this term loosely as it isn’t like any bar I have seen anywhere before. The refreshments on offer was so limited it was actually unbelievable. I feel like I have been robbed, it really was disgraceful. I paid to have ‘unlimited drinks’ which I did not get. Myself and my daughter aren’t big drinkers so we were happy to book ‘soft all inclusive’ but certainly were not happy with the drinks that were on offer. My daughter is diabetic so we only ever drink sugar free drinks, they did not have any. I enjoy a lager or 2 in the sun of an afternoon on holiday. 2 days they didn’t have any. I went to speak to the receptionist and he told me ‘they were coming’ Which is not acceptable when you have paid for something, it should be there. The other issue was the boy on the bar who didn’t understand a word I said. I can speak some Turkish so I tried to order in Turkish but he didn’t even understand when I said ‘su!’ The other issue was when there occasionally was a bottle of beer he would simply take it from the fridge and place it on the bar. He didn’t open the bottle or offer me a glass. There was

Stayed here 23rd-30th July 2023. Arrived early hours in morning, no english speaking receptionist. He gave us our room key & didn’t say where we needed to go, we found the room ourselves. Once we went into the room we quickly found out that the door didn’t close. Went back down to reception to complain, the man came with us to check our room, i explained that i didn’t feel safe with the door not closing properly, as a young couple. The man laughed in my face & continued to watch his instagram videos. He then gave us another room which the doors locked but wasn’t much better, at this point we were tired from travelling so we kept it. Breakfast was standard turkish breakfast which we couldn’t complain. The pool is lovely and cleaned constantly, however, the slide was only on twice throughout the 7 days. The food was okay, basic but edible, for a 3 star can’t really complain. Also the staff that came at food times were lovely, they were younger and could speak more english and were welcoming and friendly. We were the only english in the hotel but that didn’t really bother us as we enjoy going out etc in the evenings so the days were just for relaxing around the pool. This hotel is not an all inclusive, they only had beer or soft drinks. When asked about vodka the man behind the bar said they don’t do vodka, i asked if there was an option to buy spirits, again was no. The main staff weren’t great all week, however, perhaps they didn’t understand much english. Although on the last night, me and my boyfriend went out drinking with one of the young men from turkish bath that works next to the hotel, who was also staying at intermar, as we had met him at the amore bar next door, who was great may i add! As he was obviously friends with the intermar staff, and the staff saw us walking in with him, suddenly the staff loved us and spoke to us, had some banter! The day we were leaving then waiting around the pool the staff had put english music on and was dancing with me, only reason because they knew we were friendly with one of their own. It’s just a shame that they couldn’t be that friendly at the start cause they seemed lovely at the end! I would stay at this hotel again if the price was much lower as we paid a lot for this. I would not go again with the prices they charge.

Never again would i come here. Its not all inclusive. Nobody greeting you or help you to your room on arrival or departure. No English speaking. 73 year old serving at the so called bar. The owners laughing at people when they complained. Dinner is ok if your a vegan diet. You would need to have ear plugs as the noise outside is too much with night clubs. God help anyone with kids. Thats the look of the owners.

As for the hotel room, see the photo in the description. For "good", i.e. a quiet room on the top floor with windows facing the courtyard and with quiet neighbors asks at the reception for 20 euros. But it’s not a fact that there will be modern equipment, a strong bed, a clean bathroom and European renovation. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. strictly. You are not allowed to swim in the evening. The noise from the nightclubs next door makes it difficult to sleep. On the floors at night in the hotel, incredible things are happening. Among the visitors: Russians, Turks and Serbs. Communication is so-so: you can speak Russian or English. And so the food is normal, the drinks are normal, who cares.

I must say right away that the Intermar hotel exceeded all my expectations. Just facts, I won’t write much. - FOOD: fresh, tasty food, not a lot of it, but everything is quite edible. For dinner every day, grilled meat (mostly chicken), a variety of fresh fruits: melon, watermelon, apples, peaches, quince, plums. Alcohol: beer, red/white wine. Drinks: poured from bottles of colla, sprite, fanta, juice from packages. There is no strong alcohol. - STAFF: I was pleased with the work of the staff, the people working at the hotel are very polite, they do their job well, always with a smile. - ROOMS: I got a room on the 3rd floor, room 303. Everything is clean, but some furniture already requires replacement, this is not critical for me. The refrigerator worked well. There is only one socket near the mirror, take a tee. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, the linen is clean. Rooms are cleaned every day, everything is fine. From the balcony there was a view of the city and an amazing sunset in the evening. The noise from the bar until 1 am, you need to be prepared for this, it didn’t bother me. - POOL: the pool is large, clean, there are always free sun loungers. The pool is closed for treatment before dinner. - LOCATION: center of Marmaris, 20 minutes walk to Bar Street, 3 minutes to the beach. Migros MM is across the road, Blue Port shopping center is a 5-minute walk. BOTTOM LINE: Will I come back again - yes! I have not seen such kind and friendly attitude of the staff in Turkey for a long time.

This year, the prices for holidays in Turkey are going through the roof, so we looked at the hotel mainly for the convenience of the location, proximity to the sea, there were no fresh reviews, so we decided to take a chance and buy this hotel. The biggest downside is the food! We didn’t think that such a menu even exists in Turkey. Breakfast is one kind of cheese, one kind of sausage, boiled egg, butter, jams, bread. Lunch and dinner is rice and beans, cucumbers, cabbage, soup. Meat do not look for it is not here!! If you are looking to lose weight then this is the place for you! Never seen such a poor menu. Turkey has always been distinguished by food with a rich choice. We are not whimsical, but on beans and rice on vacation it’s somehow not comfortable. The rooms are poorly cleaned which was also surprising. In Marmaris 6 times, I really like the resort. Of the minuses, there is also a lot of noise in the room if the room faces the road. To get a room with a view of the pool you will need to pay extra. Of the pluses, the hotel's good location, proximity to the sea and the center of Marmaris. I decided to write, perhaps these disadvantages are very important for someone. Have a nice holiday in Marmaris!

Hi all! We have been staying at this hotel since June 30th. Took a tour from Pegasus! 11 nights As for Marmaris itself, the sea and the rest of the flight, everything is fine. And now, as for the hotel itself, everything is as it is without fine. The hotel positions itself as 3*, but it even falls short, but it doesn't even reach 2*. Meals: breakfast for 8 days the same boiled egg, cheese, cheese, cucumber, tomato, breakfast cereals. Dinner. Rice or pasta, chickpeas, mashed soup, meat for lunch is completely absent, a salad made from the remains of breakfast tomatoes and cucumbers. Dinner. All the time, chicken legs at the beginning were portioned, then they began to be crushed into small pieces, because people were added to the hotel .... Potatoes only in stew are very rare, mostly rice, for lunch, for dinner and nyut (local peas). Same. Once stuffed eggplants were made on fire. Fanta Cola sprite norm drinks, I asked with ice. At first, beer was poured from bottles, then draft became ... There is no warm water circulation in the pool, they clean it every morning with a sieve by hand and pull it into the pipe from the bottom. They fall asleep obsorben and this is where the cleaning ends ((The slide worked 2 times for the whole time. This is all the distraction that is in the hotel, there is no music or animation here ... The room was cleaned every day, the floor was washed, the shower was toilet, the towel was every 3 days , the bed has not been changed yet (Gels and soap are put, if you ask.. We liked the beach, you take 2 drinks and you can spend the whole day here ... To the sea, 150 m to the left, a little walk, Sunny's guy opposite the swing in the water is a heart! I can only recommend this hotel without food and at a low price! But the city of Marmaris itself is beautiful.More positive emotions, the sea is sunny, not a single day of bad weather!

The bad reviews were alarming... but why is everything so bad?! I monitored today, January 6, 2023, the prices for a tour package for 2 people at the Intermar Hotel 3* in Marmaris from July 8, 2023 for 20 nights, the price on the Pegasus website was 154,795.99 rubles. with fuel surcharges of 100 Euros per tourist. Then I checked the price for a tour to Intermar Hotel 3* in Marmaris from July 8, 2023 for 14 nights: RUB 143,463.87. with fuel surcharges of 100 Euros for each tourist who agrees to the Pegasus website. That is, the difference in prices for accommodation according to the Al system for 2 tourists amounted to as much as 11,332 rubles 12 kopecks, which, in terms of 1 day of “quality” accommodation and “full” food Al, the price for 2 is only 1,888 rubles. 69 kopecks, or 944 rubles. 34 kopecks charged from 1 tourist per day for meals Al with accommodation!!! What kind of food and what kind of service can be provided to tourists for that kind of money??? So even the worst review should be considered as wonderful... The same picture is in the case of other negative reviews of other hotels))) Take a calculator and calculate how much money the hotel gets to provide you with it before you go to "vacate" in this or any other another hotel if tourists write negative reviews :)
