We were a bit apprehensive as it was our first time at Pasabey and like any place there was the odd negative review. We had an amazing time from start to finish and would like to thank all the staff – reception, bell boys, cleaners, kitchen, dining staff, bar, entertainment, spa/massage – all were top. We arrived around midnight (flight delay) – greeted by reception staff – quick efficient check in as they understood we were tired. Rooms fine, clean with small balcony – cleaned daily/towels changed etc. Food – good choice, my wife was happy as plenty of veggie options. Some may find meals repetitive but that’s the nature of an all-inclusive buffet style layout. There were hot options at all meals – we enjoyed the fresh omelettes for breakfast. I need to give a special mention to the dining staff – they were running around all day. As soon as you finished your meal – plate or glass - it was taken. They worked hard but always had a smile on their faces. Chicco (entertainment) – very welcoming and tried to get guests involved in activities which were varied. There was a barber, tattoo and nails service on site. My wife used the sauna/pool daily and had a full spa treatment (including scrub, massage and facial) on one of the days. She loved it and felt extremely relaxed. On our last day we paid £40 to keep the room until late afternoon as we had a evening flight. All in all, we had an excellent week. Thank you!
