Elegance Hotels International Marmaris

As previously reviewed this is a 3* hotel not 5 as advertised... with the exception of about 3 the staff are unfriendly and never smile... The buffet restaurant is overcrowded and you are always having to ask for cutlery given but no smile. Food was basic and bland if your a picky eater you will definitely struggle here... there is ala carte but its pricy considering you are all inclusive there are nicer restaurants a few feet away drinks are basic and very limited choice also very weak ( we drank elsewhere and could taste the difference immediately) barstaff again not friendly ( one even told a guest to f off which was totally unwarranted) ... rooms are basic we paid extra for a land view and literally look out at rooftops and other rooms so do not upgrade. Wifi is poor .Cleaniness isnt too bad Entertainment poor kids disco same routine everyday 9pm _930 adult entertainment 10pm lasts 1/2 and is poor dance music played all day and night like it's intended to keep guests away. Would I come to Turkey again yes Would I stay at the elegance No

It is our second times on the hotel.really we like this hotel because a foods are fantastic and they have good show every night.i want to say thank you for all animation team.they are very helpfull and smiling.next time we will come again this hotel

Just come back from this hotel for the second time and never fails to disappoint the location is perfect entertainment and staff including bar staff restaurant staff were amazing and I would like to give a special thank you to the reception lady (cansu) I somehow froze my phone when I arrived at the hotel and I had no way of contacting any family members to let them know I had arrived safely. She kindly let me use her phone to message people on social media to let them know everything was okay I asked a lot of people and they did not have social media. But cansu was very helpful so thank you very much to her. Would highly recommend this hotel and I’ve been too many hotels in Mammaris over many years.

We booked this hotel 3 weeks before got a great deal 1st time in this hotel but been going to Marmaris a lot of years tried many others but I got say this was best one we had stayed in food was great lots of choice does get a bit busy first thing before breakfast and tea but always plenty there it’s nice you can serve your own beer and wine in restaurant there is also a separate coffee shop where u can sit which is nice There is 2 pools one on front which plays all the music and a quieter one round the back food is served there from 12 so nice and quieter but it is for kids as well so in kids season will get bit busier Rooms were nice bed was quite big very comfy bed and pillows which you want we had a side sea view on 3 rd floor lovely view from balcony only downfall was night time with it bring on front we didn’t go bk room till after 12 but the Irish bar next door didn’t turn their music down after 12 which was quite annoying we ended up putting ear plugs in Very strict who comes in hotel as well from front Entertainment was on every night for few hours Would return again.

The noise till 1am from the bar next door and the hotel entertainment till midnight is insane! Cant believe its not been mentioned. Anyway we stayed in room 206 and it was an okay room We should have moved after day one really as no sleep till after 1am each day, not to much of a worry as nothing to get up for, however the music was loud and then the karaoke was just too much. Toilet was creaky, worried id end up in room below. Shower was 4/10. Hotel was great location, staff helpful and bellboy was attentive. Few issues on arrival but soon sorted. Did not eat at hotel, only had coffee for breakfast, needed after not much sleep,bit seemed a good mix and always busy. Snack bar at quiet pool was good, wraps and salad. Would return but ask for a front facing room that is quiet.

My husband & I have just returned from here & it is a lovely clean hotel. Some of the room furnishings could do with updating but apart from that it was fab value for the money. The food was plentiful with lots of choice & fresh. Weather was beautiful every day. 28-30 degrees. Pool areas were kept immaculate with staff picking up cups & plates left by people around the pool a few times a day. The pontoon on the beach was the best experience with steps to the sea & really comfy sun beds. This area was kept spotless. Good evening entertainment as well. The young lady operating the bar area at the Silence pool (pool to the back & quieter) was quite rude & unhelpful. She clearly did not want to be there & all our party noticed this which was not very pleasant. My husband left his phone in the Taxi taking us to Dalaman airport on our return, so I phoned the hotel on the 10th October to ask if the gentleman on reception could call them. He said he would & he would call me back but he never did. We then phoned the emergency transfer number & they immediately got hold of the taxi driver & he kindly returned it to us at the airport. I expected better service from the hotel as we were waiting to check in at the airport & our phone signal was poor. Apart from these points it was a fab holiday.
