Bono Hotel Old Town

My 3rd time at this beautiful hotel staff are really nice very clean hotel will be returning in September 😊 would highly recommend x

We were looking for a room for two for June 7–8 and came across Bono Hotel through a Google search. We called and were told that only single rooms were left, so we decided to go. On Google, only one building is shown when you search for the hotel. When we arrived at the reception, we gave our information and made the payment. Only after paying were we told that our room was not in the main building, but in a completely different location. This was not disclosed beforehand, and we had no idea. We were then taken out of the main hotel and started walking to another building where our actual room was. When we arrived, we realized it was right in the middle of loud nightclubs, and we couldn’t sleep due to the extreme noise throughout the night. We strongly believe this information should have been shared before payment. Informing us only afterward that our room was in a separate location was misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, during our first phone call, we asked about parking since we had a car. They told us that they use a nearby parking service. When we got there, we had to pay 800₺ for 24 hours, which was also unexpected. If you’re considering booking here, be cautious and ask detailed questions in advance otherwise, you may be misled like we were TR 7-8 Haziran tarihlerinde 2 kişi olarak tek oda ararken Google’da Bono Hotel olarak karşımıza çıkan yerle iletişime geçtik. Telefonda tek odalarının kaldığını söylediler, biz de hızlıca Marmaris’e geldik. Ancak resepsiyonda ödeme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra odamızın aslında ana binada olmadığını ve başka bir binada (farklı bir lokasyonda) olduğunu söylediler. Bu bilgi ödeme öncesi açıkça paylaşılmadı. Kalacağımız yer, ana otelin dışındaki, gece kulüplerinin arasında, gürültülü bir bölgede çıktı. Gece boyunca yüksek sesten dolayı uyuyamadık. Böyle bir ortamda konaklayacağımızı bilseydik, rezervasyon yapmazdık. Ayrıca telefonda aracımızın olduğunu belirtip otoparkı sorduğumuzda “yakında özel otopark kullanılıyor” dendi. Gittiğimizde ise 24 saatlik otopark için 800₺ ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bu yaşadığımız durumun şeffaflık ilkesine aykırı olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Müşteriye ödemeden önce doğru bilgi verilmesi gerekir. Ücret alındıktan sonra “odanız başka bir yerde” denilmesi güven sarsıcı ve yanıltıcı bir yaklaşımdır. Rezervasyon yapmayı düşünenlere tavsiyem: Lütfen detayları iyi sorun, özellikle oda lokasyonu ve çevresel koşullar hakkında net bilgi alın. Aksi halde, sizin de yanıltılmanız mümkün

Our stay was really nice , the location of the hotel is right at the center of Marmaris which is very convenient , it has really nice room. I stayed with my friends and every room was beautiful.The stuff was really friendly and ready to help you with everything and with a big smile! Thanks to Baran and Berfin ! We will come back for sure !

My wife and I came over from TURUNC for a couple of nights and stopped at the Bono,we were allowed to check in early,as our room was ready,Ismal the manger took us to our room,around the corner and up 36 steps,we had our own little house,private walled courtyard,leading to a roof terrace with great views of the harbour,inside we had kitchen,bedroom,and bathroom,TV,fridge etc,all very rustic but very nicely done,each morning we had a very good breakfast,which is taken at Bono restaurant marina,which is a 10 min walk along the marina(we are 69&67!)All in all great 2 night stay and great value for money. Thank you

Very good one night stay, at Bono Hotel. Staff was just amazing and very friendly and helped us with a very late check in, and carrying our lugaged. Hotel is cosy, although rooms are scatered over diferent buildings and are all diferent. Hotel is excenlently located in old town, just below the castle. The breakfast takes place in a cafeteria in the marina.

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the marina and Marmaris Castle. Rooms and service are also good. They have places in the marina for breakfast, you have to walk there. If I come again, I will stay again. I definitely recommend. Thanks Mr.Ismael 👍
