This hotel is amazing , staff are lovely, kind and friendly. I would definitely come again. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Entertainment staff are awesome. Myself ( Mr Navin Pujara) and my wife Mrs Gita Pujara visited this hotel for duration of 10 nights, and found this 5 star hotel absolutely brilliant in every respect. Great atmosphere, spotless clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious too, and in depth in variety. Live entertainment every night was enjoyable, and more so, the location is within easy reach of all the amenities. In one word, faultless Navin and Gita Pujara Room no. 252

Amazing hotel, good food, excellent service, staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel spa- Amazing, the massage ‍♀️ is brilliant ,highly recommend to try, Omar and his team are excellent, looking after and making you feel so special and relaxed.

We booked this trip back in August after such a successful stay at the green nature diamond (hotel next door) in May 2024 and unfortunately I wish I didn’t give this hotel a chance and re booked The green nature diamond. Where to start…. The hotel is completely ran down to the ground, food was absolutely terrible it needs serious TLC and the staff need an attitude makeover. The first issue we came across was the room, the air conditioning sounded like a hurricane was blowing against the balcony. It was too hot to keep it off and too loud to keep on… it leaked all over the balcony and I nearly broke my leg the first morning when I opened the door, reported to reception 3 times and nothing was done until I demanded to move room and was told I couldn’t and it would be fixed, It was eventually fixed after stumbling across a hotel manager. The food was terrible it was the same every day, everything was just fried or repeated, I seen sushi that was served previously from a night before 24 hours later. We went with best hopes every meal time thinking there could be something new. We ended up eating out 3 meals a day by our 3rd day of 7. The hotel was filthy in certain areas and the rooms were completely tired and needed some tlc, staff were rude and completely disinterested in any guests I literally didn’t walk past reception once where there wasn’t a member of staff playing on there phone. Entertainment was minimal and disinteresting, the hairdresser constantly walks around the pool every 15 minutes and tells you that you need a hair cut. Hotel calls themselves a 5 star.. it’s scraping a 3 at most. Don’t waste your money, we ended up spending a fortune on this holiday. Paid all inclusive and ate out every day.

Currently staying here we are very impressed with the wide selection of food which is great as I’m gluten free. Drinks in lobby available 24hours Really clean lovely pool short walk to beach and shops. Stunning view from our room of the sea Will be bringing our family here next year. WiFi also available and it works !!

We had room number 233 just came home after a week. Hotel I would rate 4 star in the room you put suitcases on the bottom shelf of the wardrobe we fitted two in there. Cleaners can’t fault them at all filled fridge water and juice cartons. I am dairy free sadly I had reaction after eating omelette everything is labelled with milk, cheese but I asked he said no milk. The next day I asked could they make me a omelette in a different pan as mine can’t be mixed with cheese he said no. So meal times wasn’t great for me at all I did take my own butter and own milk from England. One evening our dinner was prawn crackers and chips and everything contained either milk or cheese. The jacket potatoes were amazing I just had to ask them to put on my plate direct not to cut or mix it with anything. Hotel entertainment shocking so bad. The pool was cold but that’s due to this time of year I expected this. Sun beds very close together you could put a towel on your bed first thing. Snack bar food very basic no ice cream I could only eat burger chips from there. Shops are fab bargains you can soon spend some money. All in all hotel is worth staying at.
